I do not have the option to Send Files by email on any of my IOS devices. I have the correct email config on the agents. Is this an Enterprise only feature ?

Hi, Since yesterday, I am not receiving new live notifications on my iPhone/iOS 12.4.1 Someone noticed that too ? I tried the fly mode, restarting the phone but nothing changed. On other side, I asked a colleague which have an Android phone at hand, it seems its working.

I like having all notifications go to my windows 8 app but I only want critical notifications to go to my iPhone. I do not need a lot of notifications if I am out of the office. I see the option to filter servers that only have critical notifications but all notifications are still pushed to the phone. Anyway to not receive all notifications on my phone? or will it be possible in the future.

First of all, thank you for this integration. This should prove to be much easier for techs to view and update their tickets. I do, however, have a suggestion to make it even better. I think it would be useful to be able to filter on ticket status. For example, show all tickets except completed. Thanks again for your hard work! Matt

If a user is limited in what tickets they can view (IE Security Scope and Role) they cannot see any tickets when selecting all tickets. They can see their assigned tickets under My Tickets. I can't seem to figure out why.

If I select "I don't have an instance name", then the fields for username and password do not appear like in older iOS versions. The only option is to 'Save' and that produces an Error: Invalid Username

One of the main reasons I subscribed to Pulseway is to make my life easier with Windows updates. However, this week, I noticed that Pulseway misses some important updates, and puts some updates that Windows Updates consider Important as Optional. This last patch Tuesday updates for example: On a Windows 2008 R2 Standard, my iOS app shows KB3065979 and KB3057154 as optional while Windows Update shows them as Important. On a Windows 2012 R2 Standard, my iOS app shows KB3061468, KB30221910 as optional while Windows Update shows as Important and completely missed 12 important security updates. Hello there, I just got Pulseway today as of 5/1/20 and am intending to use it to mainly be able to remote control access my PC from my phone when away from the house. I am installed all the appropriate applications needed and went through the Pulseway Remote Access application along with Pulseway Manager application and have enabled Remote Access. But for some reason I still can not access it from my phone. Perhaps I am missing a step? It would be amazing if someone would be able to help me troubleshoot this situation. Hi, I can't seem to find the Screen View or the Webcam View for my PC, I have enabled them on my PC but then can't find the icon for them in the Ipad App. Any clues to where they are ?? James

So first i would like to say that this app is very cool and great to use, my only snag that i am seeing is where the wake up command is used. how is it supposed to be used in relation to my computer, i have tried putting my computer in sleep/suspend/hibernate and nothing happens when i hit the wake up command.

well I have googled this topic several times (also on this forum) but none solved my problem. So please forgive me that I have to ask once again. As the title states, the wake up command does not do its job over 3G network. It said "wake up command failed". The information below might help: 1. All commands, including wake up command, work fine if my iphone is connected to WLAN at home (which means WOL setting should be alright) 2. All commands (eg. logoff, restart) (except wake up command) work fine if my iphone is using 3G (which means pulseway works fine for 3G) 3. Using a Windows 7 Pro as a test, I check mark the box for login in the pulseway manager. Then if I use the Login command from my iPhone, after I enter the username and password: If the computer is currently logged off, the computer logs on, but nothing happens on the iOS app (except for the black message that the command was sent). If the computer is currently logged on, the screen on the computer locks and nothing happens on the iOS app. I'm puzzled about what this Login command is for. Is it to login to a computer for a user without giving him/her the password?

For some reason whenever I try to add any of the iOS widgets it just shows "Widget Configuration Error".
