Hi, I am unable to use Remote Control in my IOS app. When I select Connect on the appropriate session I get an error message: An error with parsing occured. I am using the lates IOS version and the same error occured on my iPhone SE and iPhone 7. I can remotly access the same computer that I tried connecting with IOS app with Pulseway Remote Control on my PC. The computer is running Windows 10 with the latest Pulseway agent. What can I do to fix this error?

If I select "I don't have an instance name", then the fields for username and password do not appear like in older iOS versions. The only option is to 'Save' and that produces an Error: Invalid Username

i installed the ios app on my phone (i previously also installed android app on the other phone). but when i tried to restart one of my client that having trouble using ios app, the command was sent from ios app but nothing happens on client computer. i also tried on other client computers, and also tried other command such as log off/shutdown/etc, but also result with the same issue. meanwhile the android app sent whatever commands i throw at it successfuly. any suggestion on the ios app issue? thank you

I do not have the option to Send Files by email on any of my IOS devices. I have the correct email config on the agents. Is this an Enterprise only feature ?

Is there a way on the iPhone app to set a custom notification sound (other than the short pre-built list)? In the App, when I go to Settings->Sounds, I can set the notification sound for each priority level, but I can only select from a small list of custom sounds or select System Default. I am trying to get a sound for critical alerts that will wake me up in the middle of the night, and none of the available options even come close. I don't want to change the default alert sound for my phone because of other notifications that would use that sound. I am running version 4.7.6 (build C611) of the Pulseway app. I am on iOS version 7.0.3.

When i installed the agent on my computer. Where can i find the monitor on my Iphone then ?

Using a Windows 7 Pro as a test, I check mark the box for login in the pulseway manager. Then if I use the Login command from my iPhone, after I enter the username and password: If the computer is currently logged off, the computer logs on, but nothing happens on the iOS app (except for the black message that the command was sent). If the computer is currently logged on, the screen on the computer locks and nothing happens on the iOS app. I'm puzzled about what this Login command is for. Is it to login to a computer for a user without giving him/her the password?

Upgraded last night and this is all I see. Can't do anything else.

Hi, I can't seem to find the Screen View or the Webcam View for my PC, I have enabled them on my PC but then can't find the icon for them in the Ipad App. Any clues to where they are ?? James

when I use my ipod: whats the differnet for my PC between: Shut Down and Power off and: Hibernate and Suspend what is the meaning of: exit maintenance mode? Is it the same as "reset button on PC" Is there a reset function?

I like having all notifications go to my windows 8 app but I only want critical notifications to go to my iPhone. I do not need a lot of notifications if I am out of the office. I see the option to filter servers that only have critical notifications but all notifications are still pushed to the phone. Anyway to not receive all notifications on my phone? or will it be possible in the future.

Hi, Is it possible to have the PC Monitor app installed more than once on an iPhone? I want to keep my 3 free home computers seperate from our work paid licenses, so have two accounts setup, but I can only get notifications from one on the phone. (depending on which account is logged in inside the PC Monitor app) At the moment I have my home computers account set to send email notifications so it's not too much of a problem. Thanks Chris

Hi, have replaced a phone by iphone xs with ios 12.2.1 insalled the app permit notifications on phone but not receive push notifications, uninstalled app, reinstalled but nothing works, removed old phone from account - devices, but new phone not appears. Any suggestion? Thanks

First of all, thank you for this integration. This should prove to be much easier for techs to view and update their tickets. I do, however, have a suggestion to make it even better. I think it would be useful to be able to filter on ticket status. For example, show all tickets except completed. Thanks again for your hard work! Matt

If a user is limited in what tickets they can view (IE Security Scope and Role) they cannot see any tickets when selecting all tickets. They can see their assigned tickets under My Tickets. I can't seem to figure out why.
