Hej, I have installed the pulseway agent in my Raspberry Pi rel 4. However I can only sent commands via terminal and I want to see the remote screen connected with GUI. How can I achieve that. I could only find information on how to setup the agent but nothing about a remote desktop connection to a raspberry pi.

Hello, I need to delete a customer, they have 300+ devices and when i tried to delete the organization under Configuration > Organizations > and the customer it says its not empty, i cant delete them one by one, it will take to much time. is there a better way?

Hi there, we have few settings applied to our machines through policies but notifications for services in stopped state never arrive. We checked the settings and the policy is apparently correctly applied to machines; the settings are: Monitored services are defined at agent level and we see them through Pulseway section accordingly. What we are missing are the notifications in case of more then 5 mins those services are stopped. What are we missing? Thanks for help.

I've been asked if it's possible to enable the option for receiving other Microsoft products in Windows Update. I looked at Pulseway's OS patch configuration and don't see an option for this. If I were to enable this option via registry/GPO, when Pulseway does OS updates would it also fetch the updates that this registry key/GPO would enable, or does it ignore those updates entirely?

I started 3pp on a server, I get an error message "Error during patching process 3PP patching failed: Log file 'C:\Program Files\Pulseway\Patch\scan_results\scan_YJ4VO4.json' not found." I don't have this folder on the server what could be the problem

Hi, we're running our Admin sessions for Pulseway on a Windows Server 2022 Remote Desktop Server with Microsoft Security Baseline installed, and the Servicedesk Admin Users are running as "normal" users in Windows without administrative privileges on the Windows Server / RDS Session Host. What is the functioning way to deploy the Pulseway Remote Control App (Version 9.7) in this scenario? Here's what we've tried: Install the RemoteDesktop.msi with a user with administrative privileges, "for all users" -> in this case on starting a Pulseway Remote Desktop Session an elevation prompt appears - but since our Servicedesk Admins do not have administrative rights on …

I use Bitdefender through Pulseway. To properly remove Bitdefender from a device, you have to change the device's policy and remove the AV agent, and free up a Bitdfender license. What would you do if the device is broken and can't turn on anymore to get the license back?

I have 1 Debian computer for which Wake Up works. I have 1 Windows computer for which Wake Up works. Now I have build one new Windows computer on which Wake up Command Failed, while sending a magic package in a differtent way the computer wakes up. Now I have on the first Windows computer Debian installed, Wake up Command Failed, while sending a magic package in a differtent way the computer wakes up. So for all new agent installs, wake up does not work anymore :-(

Good Day, Does anyone else have an issue with the bottom panel missing on any of their Windows 11 agents? I cannot access the "Click here to allow changes", "Import Settings", "Export Settings" or the Knowledge Base buttons. I am seeing it on other agents. We uninstalled the Pulseway agent several times, deleted the program files and even cleared the Registry PC Monitor password values and even after re-installation it does not re-appear. Can anyone tell me if there was a change in the agent or something that needs to be done to restore visibility, thanks.

I removed managed updates from a client who is attempting to upgrade to Windows 11. It's been about 20 minutes, I've restarted the Pulseway service, but I still get an error saying that "Your organization manages updates on this PC". How long is it supposed to take before the policy updates on the computer so I can upgrade it to Windows 11? Or is there a way to force a policy update from the computer?

Morning All, For some reason our Critical nottifications have stopped creating tickets in the PSA - Have checked mappings etc and all looks OK. Integrations of Accounts/Assets is working fine. Nothing in the logs. I can create a workflow to sync an alert but ideally need the notification to create a ticket autotmatically - Does anyone know where I can look or what I can do to get this working again? I'm trying to generate a report for a customer who doesn't understand how much work the automation I have in place is doing. But I can't generate any reports at all. Instead, I get this in my email: The PPD: Task Execution: Reset WUAU report failed to generate:: No systems that support advanced reporting found. What gives? I have everything turned on for monitoring. These are Windows 10/11 computers.

Hi! I am trying to figure out how to create a contract in Pulseway for a service that offers a limited number of tickets to the client. For example, Service B has a limit of 30 tickets in a yearly contract. If they exceed the number of tickets used, they will be charged for every additional ticket they file. Additionally, I need to track the number of tickets the client has used under the contract. Is there a way or an alternate solution for this in Pulseway? Also, I am trying to understand the type of contract in Pulseway, I tried to research the use of every type of contract, but somehow I am not understanding the manual in pulseway.

Hi there my name is IceKingFlash. I'm here because my Pulseway app on my IOS iPhone doesn't let me login, it keeps telling me "Error Invalid instance name." I looked on reddit and someone said you guy's cut off the free option so there is no more login page for the app. Is there a way I can relog in without a instance name? I only use Pulseway to shut down, restart, and monitor my PC
