Dear users, Pulseway has recently launched a major project to improve the service for customers hosted in our North American data center. This will see all North American, South American and Asia Pacific customers, currently hosted in the US, move to a more robust, performant and secure data center situated in New Jersey. As we are sure you can appreciate, this is a significant project so we will be migrating customers in phases over the coming weeks. Your account manager will be in touch soon to work with you to plan your move at a time that works for you. However, if you wish to be included in one of the early phases, please contact your acc…

It would be beneficial if we could close/cancel/deactivate our accounts without contacting the support, which is not an easy thing btw. Please get in touch so we can perform the service cancellation.

Tired of babysitting new machines just to get them patched right? We get it. Youโve got better things to do than click around chasing every new install like itโs a rogue Pokรฉmon. Hereโs the scenario: A new machine shows up. Instead of waiting on a manual trigger or even a regular notification schedule, Pulseway gives you the option to work ad hoc or notification-based. As soon as you install Pulseway for the first time, youโll get a "system registered" alert. That alert is your magic trigger. From there, you can kick off a workflow like this one: Trigger Workflow: Use the "system registered" alert to start the automation engine. Assign Patch Policy: Automatically run…

Hi there, This has been happening for a few months but been getting alerts for a Windows Update Pending file operation which requires a reboot to complete, that I donโt seem to be able to clear, as soon as I restart, clear notifications and it returns immediately. I do want to be getting reboot required notifications if windows updates needs it but even if I log onto the machine and manually check windows updates there is no need for a reboot.

Sometimes, we encounter users not wanting to install an agent on certain devices, like a C-suite executiveโs laptop, or you need to assist a customer on an unmanaged device. With Pulseway Remote Control On Demand, it's quick and simple: Create a session and name it. An invite is sent automatically to the userโs email, or you can copy the session link manually. The user downloads a small file from the link and runs it. In the WebApp, the session status updates from "session requested" to "session ready". Click "Connect" to launch the Pulseway Remote Control app and gain access to the guest machine. Once connected, you get all the usual…

Hi, We are facing the following issue. Our systems in Devices -> Device Management are showing the uptime e.g. "Online for 13 days, 17 hours, 23 minutes" while this is not true (device recently powered off/powered on). This causes quite a bit of frustration for the end users, as we have enabled a policy that indicates that a laptop should be restarted if it has not been restarted for more than 10 days (one of your standard workflows). Now our end users are falsely receiving the message that their laptop has not been restarted in the past 10 days while this is the case. Is this a known problem and what can be done about it? T…

Dear support, We are having some network devices (HP OfficeConnect switches) and a UniFi network with UAP-AC-PRO access points. How do we have to setup SNMP so that we can monitor the devices? We have added them manually in our site map, but all we can see is a ping round trip. When adding SNMP variables with OID settings from the devices, we receive no information. Is there a way so we can receive more information or are there some additional steps that need to be taken in order to make this work? When going to "View SNMP variables" we see the following: Thanks in advance!

Dear Pulseway Community, is there a way to propagate the password to the systems that are registered via the account we want to change the password of? The account has about 130 registered systems and we don't want to replace the password manually on each system. Best wishes, Norman

Morning All, For some reason our Critical nottifications have stopped creating tickets in the PSA - Have checked mappings etc and all looks OK. Integrations of Accounts/Assets is working fine. Nothing in the logs. I can create a workflow to sync an alert but ideally need the notification to create a ticket autotmatically - Does anyone know where I can look or what I can do to get this working again? Thanks Matt

Since Pulseway forced an update to 9.7 roughly a week ago connecting to clients has been extremely difficult. Almost 100% of the time when attempting to remote control via the app it sits at "Starting remote control Session..." for about a minute before giving the message in the attached image "Connection timeout while trying to start the remote control session." Sometimes the systems you are trying to connect to will go offline in Pulseway after the failed attempt; however, they are most certainly still online since I can RDP from systems right next to them that I also happen to be connected to via Pulseway. They will come back online in Pulseway a minute or two later a…

I removed managed updates from a client who is attempting to upgrade to Windows 11. It's been about 20 minutes, I've restarted the Pulseway service, but I still get an error saying that "Your organization manages updates on this PC". How long is it supposed to take before the policy updates on the computer so I can upgrade it to Windows 11? Or is there a way to force a policy update from the computer?

Hi Folks, Just making sure I'm not the only one still having problems since the outage earlier today? - My mobile app is showing me computers as not powered up, but I know they are up. People are looking for support, I tell them to turn on their computer and they are already on. - I tried to install Bitdefender, the options are: - Don't have the plus sign to add anything - Only option is Webroot - I select Bitdefender, make my selects and when I click Install, screen flicks and I'm back to the Web login page. Thanks, Craig

Good Day, Does anyone else have an issue with the bottom panel missing on any of their Windows 11 agents? I cannot access the "Click here to allow changes", "Import Settings", "Export Settings" or the Knowledge Base buttons. I am seeing it on other agents. We uninstalled the Pulseway agent several times, deleted the program files and even cleared the Registry PC Monitor password values and even after re-installation it does not re-appear. Can anyone tell me if there was a change in the agent or something that needs to be done to restore visibility, thanks.

Hi, apologies if this has already been asked but I couldn't find a direct answer/fix for this myself. Essentially, I have reinstalled Windows on one of my machines and rebuilt the machine itself (hardware wise). When I download the manager onto it, I go to register the system and it accepts my username and password but tells me that there are no "agent Groups" available and so prevents me from registering it. I didn't have this issue when I installed pulseway the first time around on this device (before I had to totally reinstall win 11 to fix a weird bug that had crept in) I am using a free account and so have removed the previous iterations of pulseway for this mac…
