Hi, I created a custom scope (some subgroups). Than initiated an application report with this custom scope. The report failed with the following error message: No systems that support advanced reporting found. Is this a licensing issue, or do I need to adjust additional parameters in the scope? There isn't really much information on this topic in the knowledge base. Best regards, Geko

Has anyone else been experiencing issues w/ their pulseway.com Site/Portal? It was recently brought to my attention that the site/portal may have been down for a while. I was able to confirm this from my end, as the following screenshot suggests. I figured I'd check in, to see if there were any similar experiences.

If I have a file in C:\tmp\somefile.bat and I have a (Powershell) script in Pulseway that simply contains "Start-Process "C:\tmp\somefile.bat" will that .bat file run in a shell for the current logged in user, or for the System account that Pulseway uses? Cheers,

Hi! I am trying to figure out how to create a contract in Pulseway for a service that offers a limited number of tickets to the client. For example, Service B has a limit of 30 tickets in a yearly contract. If they exceed the number of tickets used, they will be charged for every additional ticket they file. Additionally, I need to track the number of tickets the client has used under the contract. Is there a way or an alternate solution for this in Pulseway? Also, I am trying to understand the type of contract in Pulseway, I tried to research the use of every type of contract, but somehow I am not understanding the manual in pulseway.

Hi there my name is IceKingFlash. I'm here because my Pulseway app on my IOS iPhone doesn't let me login, it keeps telling me "Error Invalid instance name." I looked on reddit and someone said you guy's cut off the free option so there is no more login page for the app. Is there a way I can relog in without a instance name? I only use Pulseway to shut down, restart, and monitor my PC

Hi there, This has been happening for a few months but been getting alerts for a Windows Update Pending file operation which requires a reboot to complete, that I don’t seem to be able to clear, as soon as I restart, clear notifications and it returns immediately. I do want to be getting reboot required notifications if windows updates needs it but even if I log onto the machine and manually check windows updates there is no need for a reboot.

We’ve just rolled out Pulseway 9.15, and it’s a pretty major update. Here’s what’s new: 🔐 KaseyaOne Unified Login Single sign-on is now available. You can access Pulseway and your other Kaseya tools with one login, and navigate between them via a new app launcher (the waffle icon). 🧑💼 Access Groups (RBAC) User access can now be synced with KaseyaOne roles. Define permissions once and apply them across systems. Much easier to manage at scale. 🤖 Cooper Insights Cooper (Kaseya’s AI engine) is now integrated into Pulseway. It flags issues like missing patch policies, unassigned workflows, or unused features—so you can fix them before they become problems. 🧭 Centralized Expe…

Hey everyone, I am new to Pulseway & started exploring the platform for monitoring my servers and IT infrastructure. I am impressed with how easy the app is to use but I wanted to ask for some tips or best practices from more experienced users here. I want to know about what monitoring setups work best for small to medium businesses. such as, what are the must-have alerts or dashboards you rely on? Also, any suggestion on how to avoid alert fatigue would be super helpful because I am worried about getting bombarded with too many notifications. Also I want good Python tutorial to automate some monitoring tasks alongside Pulseway — if anyone has suggestions, that woul…

Sometimes, we encounter users not wanting to install an agent on certain devices, like a C-suite executive’s laptop, or you need to assist a customer on an unmanaged device. With Pulseway Remote Control On Demand, it's quick and simple: Create a session and name it. An invite is sent automatically to the user’s email, or you can copy the session link manually. The user downloads a small file from the link and runs it. In the WebApp, the session status updates from "session requested" to "session ready". Click "Connect" to launch the Pulseway Remote Control app and gain access to the guest machine. Once connected, you get all the usual…

I'm trying to generate a report for a customer who doesn't understand how much work the automation I have in place is doing. But I can't generate any reports at all. Instead, I get this in my email: The PPD: Task Execution: Reset WUAU report failed to generate:: No systems that support advanced reporting found. What gives? I have everything turned on for monitoring. These are Windows 10/11 computers.

Pulseway, what the *****? Over the last two weeks I have had to re-install half of the agents on my network, because the client stopped working. I have servers telling me that they have pending reboots, and after I reboot them, Pulseway still says they have pending reboots. I have servers telling me that servers require updates, but the actual system says that no updates are needed. I’m paying for this *****???? Guys, maybe stop adding so many new features, and make sure your core functions work. And please don’t have a salesperson try to call me. One more month of this ***** and I will be cancelling.

It would be beneficial if we could close/cancel/deactivate our accounts without contacting the support, which is not an easy thing btw. Please get in touch so we can perform the service cancellation.

Tired of babysitting new machines just to get them patched right? We get it. You’ve got better things to do than click around chasing every new install like it’s a rogue Pokémon. Here’s the scenario: A new machine shows up. Instead of waiting on a manual trigger or even a regular notification schedule, Pulseway gives you the option to work ad hoc or notification-based. As soon as you install Pulseway for the first time, you’ll get a "system registered" alert. That alert is your magic trigger. From there, you can kick off a workflow like this one: Trigger Workflow: Use the "system registered" alert to start the automation engine. Assign Patch Policy: Automatically run…
