I would like for more than one account to be able to monitor a system. Is this doable? I don't know if it is as simple as having multiple server programs running with different credentials or if there is a way to share a group across accounts, but I would greatly appreciate the help. Thank you

Is it possible to send notifications to multiple email accounts? or do I just need to setup forwarding rules in Gmail? Thanks

Hello. I've been using pcmonitor for over a year now and it's working great. I do have 1 situation with it running on a Windows 2008 R2 server running in terminal services mode. There is a copy of the pcmontask.exe process running for every user logged onto the terminal server. I found the startup key in the registry at: HKLM\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run and have removed the key several times, only to find it's there the next time I check. I configured pcmonitor on this server to NOT update the client automatically but that's had no effect. I am trying to install Mobile PC Monitor x64 on a production server. The company is about to purchase a subscription for monitoring 20-25 computers. Hi got it all working with my iPhone and ipad to turn on Pc and shut down over wifi but if I try 3G it shuts it Down but will not wake it back up. I have forwarded Ports 9 and 7 on my netgear 2200 router. What else do I need To do

I can't seem to get this to work properly. Seems OK from over the LAN if the PC is in sleep mode. Does not WoL from hiberation or powered off....that would be nice to get that working to and get true WoL functionality. I've even got port forwarding on my ASUS RT-N66U router forwarding ports 7 and 9 on UDP to the static IP of my PC. But no WoL over the WAN. Has anybody got this to work properly?

I'm installing PC Monitor on Windows Server 2008 SP2 and have reached the "Install PC Monitor for yourself, or for anyone who uses this computer" option. I am an administrator and there are 5 other users. Which should I go for? Thanks Richard

Hi all, I have 3 kids at school all of which have the Windows 8 Surface (Windows RT). Is there a Pc Monitor Agent I can run on these? I seem to be only able to find the PC Monitor in the Windows Store however this does not allow me to see these computers from my PC running the Dashboard. Thanks in advance Cameron

Hey Ive found that since I installed pc monitor on my windows 7 pc, it keeps waking up from hibernation at round 1-1.30am every day. I don't know if this is due to pcmonitor or just a coincidence and something else is doing it. Is there any way I can get it to log every call/command which is run through pcmonitor, so I can see if it is something pcmonitor is executing, or something more intrinsic with my pc Thanks

Hi I've been using PC monitor for a couple of weeks. But now, I don't receive any notifications, except one: "Your server modules has ended. You can get a subscription by pressing the subscription details button in the PC monitor manager [...]" I'm only using 1 PC to monitor, with 3 attached devices and it's for non commercial use. I thought it was free !??! When I go to the "subscription details", I can only set the number of computers. Minimum is 5, and the lowest price the soft asks me to pay is 45€ for one year ! Hi, I have managed to install the general PC Monitor apps on my desktop computer, laptop computer and my mobile phone. All of these are running windows 8. However I believe I have to install the agent software also and when I try to install this on my desktop and laptop it just comes up with an error saying "There is a problem with this installer package. A DLL required for this install to complete could not be run". I have downloaded it a few times now to make sure it's not corrupted in any way but to no avail. I am trying to run the 64 bit version. Any idea's? Pete.

Hi there I have used PC monitor for my other three systems however I dont seem to be able to connect the Dell 2900 server to the software. I have deleted the anti virus and taken off the fire walls... It just doesnt appear on the monitor and or can see it on the monitor even after install... Please help thanks Andrew

Hi I had MPM installed on a Windows PC that had its harddrive wiped. I have a backup of the files that were on it. I never did export my settings while everything still worked. Which files do I need in order to get my previous settings back in a new installation of MPM on the same computer? Or how do I get my settings back?

Hi - I'm running the PC Monitor on a Windows 7 x64 system, and everything is working perfectly, except that I can't see the fan speed when I go into "Hardware Details" on my iPhone. I only have one fan installed in the PC, and SpeedFan is able to see the fan speed. Any ideas?

Hi, We have recently moved our email servers - and the sysadmin@ourdomain.com address that all our notifications get sent to no longer works. If I change that address to anything else it works That address works fine from anywhere else (inside and outside domain) There may have been a hiccup on that address during the migration (it took a wile to get created on new system) - so I am wondering if you block addresses at your end in some way if they receive too many NDRs? If so how do we get it unblocked please. I can't think of any other possible explanation ? Thanks James

I setup Group Policy for my servers under "Manage Systems" but the group policy is not working. No changed that I make in group policy show up on any server so I still need to configure each server separately. I setup group policy a few days ago. All servers are Server 2003 or 2008R2 Am I missing something? THanks

My one month of the trial is over and now I can not use ther server function . But I dont know what is the serverfuntion? I can switch my PC on and off in my house and from my working place. Why or when do I need the server thing?

Hi, I accedently deleted the main account this morning and neet to restore A.S.A.P. :-( I have a full server backup, but need to know how do I restore back to the last setting where the ID was with the Devices linked to it with all the Associated Accounts as well. Hello Community, I’m trying to configure the Pulseway Manager on a Windows Server 2012 R2 Standard Edition. The Problem is that upon configuring the processes, that I’d like to add on the notifications-system, they are not being correctly displayed, meaning I am getting 3 processes displayed and they are not the ones, I want.
