September 24, 20213 yr Hi -Â Good timing as we have a client that just installed a global web proxy and now our agents are not showing up on the console or remote desktop. Can you please confirm the URLs and IP's necessary for normal connectivity AND remote desktop so we can add them to the white list? thx!Â
