So just set up the network with all the computers added, But I keep getting this notification.
"There was an error retrieving the notification."
From an "Unknown System"

anyone know what could be the cause?

Thank you for your report. I will be able to investigate this as soon as it happens again, can you leave the notification in your "Notification Inbox" and then drop me a PM.

I'm getting this error message all the time ... since I added 3 linux Ubuntu clients, that , by the way, are showing in the ACCOUNT --> Manage Systems submenu, but nowhere else in the platform?

 

Hi @Mariano Silva,

Can you please leave the notification for a day so we can see what's causing the problem rendering it? Also the reason why you can only see the systems in the Manage Systems page is because your license is limiting the amount of systems you can monitor to 2.
