I have enabled lost of notifications on my pc but none of the show up, the did once or twice but not anymore, has anyone a idea why?

Is it possible that your system is in Maintenance mode or another possibility is that these notifications are non-repeating, therefore you need to delete the previous notification to be able to receive the next one.
