Posted January 22, 20187 yr When we install Webroot from the "Agent Status" tab in the Pulseway WebApp, it continuously says that it is installing Webroot when in fact it is installed. I can't run any actions until this issue is resolved. What could cause this?

January 23, 20187 yr I have one that says Uninstalling and is in fact installed. Restarting the service does not work. Ay other things to try.

January 25, 20187 yr I'm getting both license expired and installing. Going to reboot the whole domain and see if that helps.

January 25, 20187 yr I fixed my installing and expired licenses by a combination of un-installing and rebooting and re-installing but now I have 2 stuck in "uninstalling". Rebooting does not help. I'm going to try a manual install and uninstall.
