When we install Webroot from the "Agent Status" tab in the Pulseway WebApp, it continuously says that it is installing Webroot when in fact it is installed. I can't run any actions until this issue is resolved. What could cause this?

Hi Nathan,

That's odd, try restarting the service by running the following PowerShell command:

Restart-Service Pulseway

-Paul

I have one that says Uninstalling and is in fact installed.  Restarting the service does not work.

Ay other things to try.

Do you need it uninstalled or you want to continue using it on the machine?

-Paul

Continue to use it.  It is installed Pulseway see it uninstalling.

I have a few devices this morning with a License expirerd error.

I'm getting both license expired and installing. Going to reboot the whole domain and see if that helps.

Any updates on the license?

Please send an email to support@pulseway.com so they can pull up your account and review it. We can't disclose license and billing information over the forums.

I fixed my installing and expired licenses by a combination of un-installing and rebooting and re-installing but now I have 2 stuck in "uninstalling". Rebooting does not help. I'm going to try a manual install and uninstall.
