Staff Chris Posted April 11, 2016 Staff Posted April 11, 2016 Hi, Can you send us a screenshot of the Task Manager showing the Microsoft Exchange Store and the Private Memory Size column. Also can you check the memory performance counters of the process to see if there any anomalies there? Chris
PureITy Limited Posted April 11, 2016 Author Posted April 11, 2016 Chris, Please see attached for screenshots. Performance counters look ok. Pulseway Exchange Memory.pdf
Staff Chris Posted April 11, 2016 Staff Posted April 11, 2016 Hi, Can you also paste here the output of the following PowerShell command: Get-Process -Name store Chris

PureITy Limited Posted April 13, 2016 Author Posted April 13, 2016 All has righted itself now. The only change made was to change the values of msExchESEParamCacheSizeMin and msExchESEParamCacheSizeMax, now Pulseway is reporting the correct values. Paul.
Staff Chris Posted April 13, 2016 Staff Posted April 13, 2016 Hi Paul, Thanks for your update, this was a very odd issue. Chris
