dpbklyn got a reaction from lyoder in Open System from PSAIt would be awesome if we would click on a machine name in the PSA and Pulseway would bring us directly to that machine so we can work on it.

dpbklyn got a reaction from Martin_T in What is "Duplicate Alarm" section in PSAWhen you add the functionality for duplicate alarm, it would be great if we could escalate the ticket based on the number of time a particular alarm is struck. Maybe this would be better functionality in the RMM. "Only open a ticket if X happens 5 times in YY period."

dpbklyn got a reaction from B14CK_H4WK in Rules - Actions are no longer supportedHey Paul,
Is there a timeline on this release? I was just trying to automate some tasks and got totally tripped up because the Rules were deprecated.
Thank you,

dpbklyn reacted to Martin_T in PSA: Bulk Edit Hardware AssetsOne thing that I would really like to see is the ability to bulk edit Hardware Assets, it might be okay to edit a couple dozen manually but when you have hundreds, or thousands of them sat in your system, I doubt very much that anyone will have the patience to edit each of them individually.
Cheers,
Martin
