  1. Glad to hear that it worked - usually a Pulseway service restart should sort it out.
  2. It must be the proxy. The Pulseway agent does not connect to any other servers whatsoever. Install Pulseway on a different computer that does not use any proxy to check this out.
  3. You're very welcome! Thanks again for the suggestion.
  4. Thank you for the suggestion - we will add this feature in a future release.
  5. Use TCP View to view the connections: https://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/bb897437.aspx Direct Download: http://download.sysinternals.com/files/TCPView.zip
  6. The only connection that belongs to PCMonitorSrv.exe is this one: TCP ip- ESTABLISHED Pulseway can establish other connections only if you have some ping checks or web site checks defined in the Pulseway Manager.

Hi Remko, You can use the Pulseway Manager app -> Manage Devices to define access policies for each device. In this way you can block the access on certain systems from specific mobile devices. With an Enterprise Server, this can also be done by creating user accounts and grant access to only certain systems that are monitored using a system account - this can be done using the Associated Accounts feature. You can find more info about these two methods in this blog: http://www.pulseway.com/blog/configuring-mobile-device-access-policies-and-user-accounts Hope this helps. Best Regards, Marius

  16. Michael, We have sent you an email exactly 2 days ago in reply to your email. Not sure why you haven't got it - please check your spam folder. Date: Tue, 10 Feb 2015 19:57:59 +0000: "Hi Michael, Thank you for contacting Pulseway support. Before you migrate the server you need to prepare the new server ... ... ... new server or simply swap the IP addresses between the two servers. Let us know if we can help you with the process."
