Notifications

I am trying to set a notification for when the cpu gets hop but I have no clue how to go about doing this! The android market add descriptions says you can do this but I don't see anything in the notifications sections that implies that it actually does this.

Hi I have a computer that I allow to go into sleep mode (Suspend). The annoying thing is that I keep getting repeat notifications through out the day saying that the "computer in the group default is offline. Anyone know how to resolve this issue please? James

Using USB external hard drive as backup devices and each drive can be recognized if manually added to the notifications/storage screen but I need to know if there is a way to set this to be automatic when the drive is replaced either daily or weekly. I'm going under notifications and Processes to create a process notification. When I click 'Add' and then 'Select from Running Processes' I only get a list of 4 processes. I'm using windows server 2012. Any idea what I might be missing here? What I'm trying to accomplish is: Whenever a specific application is off for about a minute, send an alert. The file can be in multiple locations, as it's location is based on the currently deployed version, so I can't monitor a specific file.

Is it possible to setup Pulseway to only send out alerts for a particular user for particular servers? We have a SQL admin who only wants to receive alerts from his SQL servers which we have Pulseway installed on, and not alerts from the entire list of servers we have it installed on. I already have his access restricted down to just the SQL servers and I thought that would include alerts, but he's still getting them for all of our servers in the organization.

Looking through the notification rules I don't see a method to monitor if a certain process stays at 0 CPU usage. I'd like to monitor if a certain program locks up, unfortunately when it locks up the Not Responding rule doesn't work.

Hello, For some weeks, when we receive an email notification concerning a user logged on a monitored ressource, the IP mentionned is always 127.0.0.1 instead of the user ip. I don't know why...I don't think to have make any change on local configuration and I don't find a specific setting to manage that... Do you have an idea or a way to investigate on this issue ? I have an Application which uses an Error Log, i would like to search the error log for 1 specific error and get a notification for it. How do i implement that?

We have just implement enterprise solution, create admin and associates account (Joebuddy). Create a device using admin account, and assign Joebuddy as associates account. When a notification is sent (whatever, CPU high, disk low), the admin account receives notification on all devices. But associates account has no notification at all. Verify setting in users account and all boxes have been check. Can you please help ? Thanks very much. Ling

Hello, all other notifications are working so far and it's great. But 'resume from suspended state' notification is never sent neither to website nor mobile device. Do you have any solution for me? If you need more information please tell me I will provide it! Thank you very much for your help.

Hi, Is it possible to configure multiple notifications for a single drive/volume when the space is running out, for example notifications at 10% free space and 1% free space. At the moment if I do this I do not seem to get an alert when the space drops below 10% but is greater than 1% Cheers, Steve.

When I first setup my trial account a few weeks ago, I setup an offline notification for one of my PC's. This notification would alert me 15 mins after losing contact with the PC, and then every 10 mins thereafter. Sometime in the past week or so, this behavior has changed: It now sends one alert around 15 mins after contact, with no follow-up alerts. I can't find any documentation stating that this behavior should have changed, nor can I find any setting to revert back to the repeating alerts. Has this functionality been removed?

Hi all, I've been a satisfied Pulseway user for a while but I have a question that's probably more related to my phone platform (Android 5.x) than Pulseway itself. Unfortunately I haven't been able to get any good ideas from folks on the Google forums, so I'm hoping a sysadmin or two here might have some usable suggestions. The problem is pretty simple: I need to receive Pulseway email alerts during the overnight hours when the phone is in Quiet Mode. I don't want any other alerts, from any other source, to come through--no SMS messages, general email alerts, Facebook/Twitter blips, IMs, etc--just Pulseway's email alerts. Hi, I want to turn off the System registered notification. I have unchecked Send an email notification when new devices are added to the account In Admin > Configuration > Settings > General The notifications still come through. Are they enabled anywhere else? Thanks.

Since about 2 month our notifications if a server gets restarted reports shutdown but no (green) online status again. Is this a known bug?
