Hi, I accedently deleted the main account this morning and neet to restore A.S.A.P. :-( I have a full server backup, but need to know how do I restore back to the last setting where the ID was with the Devices linked to it with all the Associated Accounts as well. Basicly a full restore. Thank you.

For some reason it is telling me that Active Directory is not installed on my computer. Although it detects that exchange is installed and setup just fine. Any reason this could be happening? Thanks.

We monitor 29 Windows servers and recently 3 of them won't connect anymore. When I try and validate account I get an error "Could not establish trust relationship for the SSL/TLS secure channel with authority" I have uninstalled and reinstalled with no luck. All other server work fine. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks, Brian

Hi! Which ports are PC monitor using? I'm blocking ports in my router because my son as addicted to games. But i blocked the pc monitor ports as well. And that is not god! So which ports should i exclude? ToddeSwe

it seems to me that i can't even use a self signed cert for the trial to test out the software? i don't understand this logic? or am i doing something completely wrong?

I'm looking to automate a lot more of my server update routines and part of that includes putting PCmonitor into Maint mode and then when the schedule is complete pulling it out of maint mode. I'm hoping there are powershell scripts to do this as the machines in question are Live and cant be downed every week so a monthly schedule is all can utilise otherwise I would have used the built in schedule service in the gui Though if there is a switch that can change this into a monthly view that would be great, ideally the 3rd Wednesday of the month so as to give Patch Tuesday a week to have the major bugs ironed out Any help greatly appreciated. Dear Support, When installing the latest version of the agent I get an error only on the x86 version of the program. The x64 gives no problem. The problem is when Validating the account which I get only on the x86 version: There was no endpoint listening at http://.. Proxy setting are ok and I can get on evry HTTPS site on port 443

We need the ability to monitor the GPU temperatures of our machines. Most of which run multiple GPUs I have installed the software to a test machine, but I am unable to locate GPU temperatures (CPU and MOBO only) Is this something I have done wrong, or can the PC Monitor software not monitor these?

Hi, Just installed and bought a 3 comp licence, and I have a quite disturbing issue. I cant see my system in web app or ios apps. I still can receive mail or push notifications, i can read reports, but system loos like to be invisible.... I had no issue installing pcmonitor on a fresh 8.1 pro win. No firewall or antivirus installed for testing and same result Validation of account is ok and service running without problem. Thanks for help guys

My one month of the trial is over and now I can not use ther server function . But I dont know what is the serverfuntion? I can switch my PC on and off in my house and from my working place. Why or when do I need the server thing?

I setup Group Policy for my servers under "Manage Systems" but the group policy is not working. No changed that I make in group policy show up on any server so I still need to configure each server separately. I setup group policy a few days ago. All servers are Server 2003 or 2008R2 Am I missing something? THanks

Hi, I have 2 PC's one with Intel and one with AMD. On the Intel PC, installation worked just fine, but on the AMD PC I got this message "This installation package is not supported by this processor type. Contact yoru product vendor." It's an AMD Phenom II 1090T Black Edition running Win8 64bit AMD is not supported by PC monitor or what could be happening to solve it asap? Thanks in advance,

Hi, im unable to install the dashboard....something about a missing dll.... Sofar, I have tried: 32 bit and 64 bit version dll repair - nothing found .net repair - not able to correct reinstall .net 4, or 4.5, allready installed message, I dont know what to do now. Any help is appreciated. Thanks

Hello ever since upgrading my machine to Windows 8.1 the PcMonitor service no longer automatically starts. I did confirm that the service is set to start automatically. I have also uninstalled and reinstalled a few times. If I start the service manually it works. I somehow downloaded and installed the 4.02 version of the agent. Now when I try to "Edit computer Settings" from the Dashboard it tells me I have the incorrect version and that I should upgrade. My question is can I just run the newer version on this server while I leave the 4.02 version on it or do I have to uninstall the old first?

Tried to download the Windows Monitor x64 for my Windows Server 2008 R2. After downloading Windows claims that "The signature of PCMonitor_x64.msi is corrupt or invalid" and would not let me install the MSI file. Never had such a warning from another program that I have installed, so I hesitated to install that agent. Is it me or has the file a problem? BR Edmund

Good morning. I'd tried to install PC Monitor on a 32 bit Windows Server 2003, but Trend Micro antivirus has blocked installation. Now I have PC Monitor service installed but not started, and only this. I tried to reinstall but I got "error 1001 service already exist". How can I remove manually service so I can do a fresh installation? Thanks in advance. Luca

Is there a way to make PCmonitor restart my windows 8 PC, run a scheduled task or batch file if it sends an offline notification?

Hi, We have recently moved our email servers - and the sysadmin@ourdomain.com address that all our notifications get sent to no longer works. If I change that address to anything else it works That address works fine from anywhere else (inside and outside domain) There may have been a hiccup on that address during the migration (it took a wile to get created on new system) - so I am wondering if you block addresses at your end in some way if they receive too many NDRs? If so how do we get it unblocked please. I can't think of any other possible explanation ? Thanks James

Hi, can PC Monitor be used through a web proxy? Does it use the proxy settings configured in Windows, or will it try to send traffic directly to the PCM servers via the network gateway? We have a requirement to install behind a firewall on a network where web access is strictly controlled via a proxy server only. Thanks in advance for your advice.

Anyone have any insight on how to install PCMonitor on a provisioned Citrix XenApp 6.5 server? I have 10 application servers that I'd like to monitor. I can install PCm after the server boots, but I'd like to build it into the base image so I don't have to reinstall every time it reboots. Of course you can install it on the base image but every server that boots is a clone of the base so the unique identity isn't there. How can I make each server uniquely register itself from the base image on boot?

When trying to install the x86 client on a Server 2003 R2 host the process stops with a 2103 error. Any hints as to what might be the problem? Thanks, Amir

Hey guys, i just found the app PC Monitor. And in the LAN network it works fine and everything is okay. But i want to configure the android app so that i can wake up my computer with the mobile network on my android phone. With another app it works fine cause i can use my dyndns adress. Is there any possibility to use my dyndns adress in the android app of PC Monitor? greetz
