Hello, I would like to request a workflow be able to be made to remove signature images when someone emails in a ticket. These images stack up and make it impossible to print out tickets and they are really annoying when someone sends in a picture along with their ticket and you are trying to find the correct picture sifting through all the signature images. Thanks

It would be worthwhile to implement searching for hosts by logged-in username in the mobile app. I like this feature of the web app and miss it on the mobile app side.

Hey, PW does not work while it asks for renewal of the subscription, the subscription is auto renewal and auto pay - I got an invoice indicting it is payed. I had difficulties opening a ticket, I got it going via email - I still do not have a ticket number and I can not find where I can manage this ticket - please help. It is two weeks now with PW down !

I'm not an MSP but a tech for a business, I was onboarded back in Feb but they had this error where we could not integrate PSA and PW RMM from their end and so we lost all the information we learned from onboarding. Fast forward to today and I'm finally able to connect the app registration from my AAD tenant to PSA and when I completed the mapping and finished the import it tried to give our 300+ users licenses and then proceeded to make them inactive along with users i already created for the team that will be using this. I looked it up and no way to mass delete so if I disconnect the AAD will the contacts it synced also go away and then I'll have to recreate more users that it will inevitably delete like when I did the initial Sync? I'm started to get annoyed at how one option in nowhere documented caused errors that cant be bulk fixed.

Hi @RandyChuck Apologies it has taken this length of time to respond. Essentially the one click feature was designed to be apart of our integration with IT Glue and other password managers, so that when remoting into end-users computers you don't have to request a password each time. And this is how it operated for a time but recently we are upgrading our Remote Control software and with this comes a need to re-do the integration do for now they one-click tools is disabled but will return later this year. Nothing? No one has any ideas, thoughts or comments? Not even Pulseway staff? Wow! And a fruitless search for a contact form/email address where I can as a CUSTOMER contact Pulseway for technical support. Nothing again. Wow indeed! Will be sourcing an alternative RMM by end of year

Sorry if this is in the wrong category. Others on the team handles most of the Pulseway functions, so i am not as familiar with Pulseway. I am looking for the simplest way to get to a report that can show me all current assets with information needed to create a 4-5 year refresh cycle. Mostly in a list format. I would be looking for: Name Purchase/Date added to Pulseway Manufacturer/Model Ram HDD/ SDD and size Processor OS Last seen and the ability to add attributes for analysis if needed. But i think the above in a list format would be mostly what i need. Is there a template that i can start with? Or a canned report already available? Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Hi Everyone Update on Pulseway PSA. We experienced an outage yesterday that impacted our PSA customers, our dev team has investigated the issue and it was due to the infrastructure failure. There was a problem with the AWS host running our instance, and we have had to restore from and AMI backup. We now have fixed the issue and we are fully back up and running. We are sincerely sorry for the inconvenience caused and if anyone needs anything else please let me know. Stefan

Same issue here... We have been in the office for over an hour without any ticketing access.... Very hard to find any info on this outage and having to refer to Reddit is not acceptable. (Service status page?)

PROBLEM In Pulseway, there is a place for tickets with PSA integration. This is clunky, and frankly cumbersome to use. In order to have any sort of mobile ticketing experience, I must download the Fusion app, and use it. Once in it, the interface is not user-friendly, in that I have to search around just to make a simple note on a ticket. That app logs me out after only minutes of inactivity. Compare that to "Fresh Desk" where I'm logged in all the time, and the interface is very friendly. In fact as a former user of that platform, I completed and notated tickets predominately on that mobile app than I did on a computer, because of the "on the go" type environment that comes with being an MSP. SOLUTION Pulseway should develop a mobile ticketing app that is a complete departure away from the current PSA integration. The app should make making notes easy, as well as attaching items, such as pictures or other documents. The necessity for this is due to the "on the go" nature of technicians at MSPs and or System Administrators. By creating a user-friendly, clean interface mobile app, this will promote faster ticket notation, and quick access "on the go" to tickets submitted by customers. Being able to respond faster will generate higher rates of customer satisfaction. Please upvote.

Pulseway needs a website that shows service status on all their products and offerings. Pulseway RMM PSA Backup...etc. Currently this doesn't exist. When there are outages, we are having to run to forums, Reddit, etc. That information should be made public and centralized. Other providers have that, and it likely would cut down on volume of tickets saying, "Hey your service is down." Thanks!
