Hi,

I'm trying to register my system after installing pulseway on windows 10.

However, due to some unknown reasons, the password field is disabled. This is very strange as I never experienced this in the past.

Any help would be appreciated. Regards

Hi,

you have to put your account in it and than click authenticate. After that you will see the password field.

Hi @Waqas Stefan from Pulseway here, Unfortunately that is how the system was designed but if you uncheck the "I do not have an instance name" and then enter in the instance name it should take you to the web page where you can authenticate your system and thus you should be able to log in with your user name and password. If the link doesn't open, copy it into your browser and if you have any other issues please get in touch, Thanks Stefan
