LouwrensE Posted May 13, 2019 Posted May 13, 2019 Good day, Firstly I want to state that I am not familiar with this application and that this is the first time that I've worked with it so please go easy on me. So I need to setup Remote Access for one of our vendors. I created the account for him but when he tries to log in remotely it gives him an "unable to access remote server" error. Could someone point me in the right direction? With thanks

The Pulseway agent is using the following IP Addresses and HTTPS port 443 for the Pulseway RD: 69.65.40.236 69.65.43.163 69.65.48.240 13.237.174.172 Â 99.81.62.236 3.93.221.213 54.176.91.130 Â

Staff Chris Posted May 14, 2019 Staff Posted May 14, 2019 I believe that access rights are configured on the external firewall (Sophos). It would be strange if it is configured on the Windows firewall on each machine separately. However I would not say that it is impossible.
