Andreas Posted March 9, 2016 Posted March 9, 2016 Since version 4.8.5 WSUS to function (?)In Pulseway Manger I find the WSUS function. If I want to check this, is the message: WSUS needs to download additional components. Would you like to download them now? YES or NO I Select Yes from the following error message appears: Module WSUS cannot be downloaded right now. The error was: Cannot find the latest version for WSUS server module.
Marius Posted March 9, 2016 Posted March 9, 2016 Hi Andreas, Do you have an Enterprise Server? If so, the server update will start to be rolled out today. Regards, Marius Chris 1
Andreas Posted March 9, 2016 Author Posted March 9, 2016 I agree. I use a Enterprise Server.I'm curious how the WSUS module works.
Andreas Posted March 10, 2016 Author Posted March 10, 2016 Hi Marius, unfortunately still not working WSUS module. It occurs the same error message.
Marius Posted March 10, 2016 Posted March 10, 2016 Hi Andreas, It will work as soon as the updates propagates. This can take up to 48Â hours. Marius
Andreas Posted March 11, 2016 Author Posted March 11, 2016 I do not want to annoy yes. Now have passed over 48 hours, but the WSUS extension can still be downloaded from version 4.8.5.This is a shame, because we just rely on the WSUS function.I suspect an error. The download address will be wrong for enterprise customers?Have other enterprise customers the same problem?
Staff Chris Posted March 11, 2016 Staff Posted March 11, 2016 Hi Andreas, Can you please contact support [at] pulseway [dot] com? I will escalate it to L2 technical support. Chris
Edwin Bakkes Posted March 15, 2016 Posted March 15, 2016 Same problem here. We also use Enterprise Edition. Is there a solution for this problem?
Manthey IT Posted March 15, 2016 Posted March 15, 2016 Same problem with an Enterprise Server too. Do you want me to contact the support aswell?
Staff Chris Posted March 15, 2016 Staff Posted March 15, 2016 Hi, This problem seems to be caused by old installations which are running an out of date Enterprise Server Updater software. If your server version is bellow 202 (check from Pulseway Admin -> License & Administration) please follow these steps: Uninstall the PC Monitor Enterprise Server Updater software Download and install the Pulseway Enterprise Server Updater software from here. Start the Pulseway Enterprise Server Updater service Watch the C:\Logs for a server update log file which tells you the progress of the update procedure Contact support [at] pulseway [dot] com if you require further assistance. Chris
Edwin Bakkes Posted March 15, 2016 Posted March 15, 2016 That solved my problem. Thanks to Chris and Paul Csiki. Marius and Chris 2
