  1. I like it, but when will we be able to either A. Send Email when a service is triggered (creates a ticket on our end) B. Use the service started within the workflows as well and potentially allow us to stop or start that service (this would fix the send email part for us)
  2. AV uninstall scripts are not going to be easy and sometimes not doable. This is on purpose to someone cant uninstall the AV before deploying a virus. In my work flow for application added, it will alert us via email if an unsupported AV is install and in the body of that email it states that we need to manually uninstall it.
