  7. Hey @Damian Lynch - I just tried it out on the platform now and can see it for all my offline devices. I can see their asset info including Make, Model, and serial number in case you need to log a warranty case. If you need help finding it, feel free to send an email to marketing@pulseway.com
  8. Hey @Bwilson & @tristan - I believe the issue has been resolved and you shouldn't have to re-authenticate every so often. Please note there are timeout sessions after a certain period where you would need to log back in but the re-authentication should be resolved. Please let me know if the issue persists.

You can create a workflow with its trigger type and then delete the notification so that it will automatically delete if this workflow is active. Refer to below snip.   25. Hey @ToddeSwe Thanks for reaching out! So unfortunately Pulseway does not work outside OS. If you have set up Wake on Lan, we could wake a machine if it's suspended, nut we can't start a machine. For Wake on LAN configuration the agent needs to configured with UDP port 9. Also your machine might have DHCP IP address' that are not configured as static which is why your getting different IP's.
