Just got word there what there server issue has been resolved and the webapp performance should be normal now. Thanks to everyone for their patience and again we are sorry for any inconvenience caused.

I don't have any documentation on hand as it was a recommendation from a colleague, you could also do this with a windows VM but the monitoring possibilities might be limited

I would love the ability to either create a report or have a column that would show who marked a PSA ticket as complete.  Currently, I need to go into each completed item to see who marked it complete.  Having a report or a column with that information would be a huge time saver.

The latest update we have in regards to ARM is that we are now compatible with ARM64 based devices (Raspberry Pi 3 and 4).

I found a bug when updating account information using the api url: PUT /v2/crm/accounts/{id}
The problem is that it nulls "createdOn" and "createdBy". Those variables should never be changed after creation.

Wake on LAN generally does not traverse gateways since it's a UDP broadcast. The only way to get around this by-design limitation is to the enable routing of broadcasts between subnets in your router. 

I would suggest modifying HKLM\Software\MMSOFT Design\PC Monitor\ComputerName before/after installation to allow you to distinguish them. Besides that in Account > Manage Systems you should be able to tell them apart by the time they were last online.
 
Depending on the logistics of your installation, you may be able to store the original ClientIdentifier in a temporary registry key. This would allow you to reinstall, and then replace the new Identifier with the original one. If you can keep the device from checking in before the key is replaced you may be able to save yourself the hassle of manually removing duplicate systems.

It seems that everything works as it should, but being a widget problem on android, now I have no idea if it has to do with the free accounts or if they are dedicated for business.
