I agree, on the Devices tab we have added a note at the bottom recommending the use of device access policies instead of this.

Check the Devices tab in the PC Monitor Manager. The device you use to send the command is not in the list of authorized devices.

This permission is required by the application in order to be able to register and receive push notifications using GCM.

Check the Display Features to make sure VMware is enabled as well as pressing "Apply" so the new configuration will take effect.
Windows Phone supports all the server modules including VMware. We are working to build all the server modules into the Windows 8 app - it's a new app so it will take about a month or so until all the modules are supported.

As well, for each computer group you can define a policy in PC Monitor Manager so once the agent it's installed with a specific username / group it will retrieve the global settings from the server.

On the two subsequent server do you see the logoff, shut down, ... commands?
If you don't that means that the servers are read-only - use the PC Monitor Manager app installed on your computer - Devices button and check the access policy for your mobile device.

PC Monitor is not available in your country at this time.

I think what you're looking for is to share the computer with other accounts?
If so, this is supported in the PC Monitor Enterprise Server.
