We've recently integrated PC Monitor with other systems / applications like Syslog Server and PagerDuty.
What other system / application integration would you like to see added in future releases?

Thank you, we will address this in a future release.

This is being considered for a future release.

This scenario where authentication is required will be supported in a future release.
-
That's great Raf, glad it works. Thanks for the update.

This works for us every time. Do the following on the VM:
1. stop the PC Monitor service
2. close the PC Monitor Manager
3. delete the registry key
4. start the service
you should see the VM with the proper name.

PC Monitor is not locking any files.

We will consider this notification in a future release, it is not available now.

Hi Raf,
If you delete the HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\MMSOFT Design\PC Monitor\ComputerName entry in the master image before that image is distributed the PC Monitor agent will display the default computer name. You can try deleting the entry on one of the production servers to see the result.
Hope this helps.

every 5 seconds.

It should be possible right now.

Hi Matt,
We have this planned and will be available in a future release.

Unfortunately we have no plans to implement this at present.

Simply disable the offline notification for that computer.
-
Go to PC Monitor Manager on the agent - Notifications tab and select the "Send the notification when the computer is offline".
Next time the computer is offline for about 15 minutes the server will detect that and alert you. This setting will take effect after your computer is online at least once so the server is aware of this change.
-
Hi Phil,
You could set up offline notifications for your computers and receive a notification if a computer has been offline for more that 15 minutes.
This will also cause the computer status to go red in the Dashboard.
Hope this helps.

You can use the PC Monitor Manager app installed on any PC - press the Manage Computers button.
-
Unfortunately no, there is not free app for what you are asking.
-
You're welcome, glad it works

If you got the app from Microsoft Windows 8 Store you can use that app to monitor your computers for free for non-commercial use.

Hi James,
You can still monitor and manage your 5 computers free for non-commercial use from your mobile using the PC Monitor app.
However, access to Web App and Dashboard is restricted to subscribers only. For more details: http://pulseway.com/home/pricing
Hope this helps.
