Dear All, I'm having some trouble trying to run Windows Powershell commands via PC Monitor (Android App). When I send any command, I get back the following message: "An error occurred when loading the system Windows PowerShell Snap-Ins. Please contact Microsoft Support Services." This is displayed in the PowerShell terminal window inside the PC Monitor app. Has anyone seen this problem before? Or have any ideas how to fix it? I got everything installed and setup last night. This morning I started looking at the monitor on my iPhone. I navigated to the Hard Disk section and expected to only see information about my drives and functionality statistics, but to my surprise, I saw a listing of every file on my computer! I navigated to a personal folder and saw some very private files; although, I could not open them at all, which is good. This still really concerns me, and I have to ask if any of my file contents are sent to your servers. Is this the case? Thanks, Tony

Snapshots display as a gray field, no image. Host is Dell PC with Win8 and Logitech QuickCam Pro 9000 with appropriate driver and application (working correctly). Handheld is iPhone 4s with IOS6. Wont display on webpage or Metro App either. Both Screen and WebCam options are set on the Host. Need help to resolve.

I'm a user of PC Monitor and I had two accounts that were able to login the software. But I didn't used the software for a while. Today I tried to setup my new computer and it said Invaild user name and/or email address. The two username combinations are easy113/easy113@gmail.com and easy1013/easy113@me.com . Is it possible to set pc monitor to ignore certain updates or types of updates like 'recommended'? Reason being pretty much all machines that I do updates on list things like Bing, windows live etc and I have to uncheck them every time so they don't get installed. Thanks

First let me thank you guys for such a great product.. Just getting into now but I see great potential.! - Maybe something I am overlooking but I am not able to "wake up all computers" in a group from the website.. I am able to wake each individual computer in this group from the internal network, outside wan network perfectly, and iPhone app., Which rocks.! I am just not able to select the group from website and wake the whole group. Thanks again.!

I really like PC Monitor, but I basically need it for one function: kill a process when it is creating havoc on my server. On the first server I set up PC Monitor it works perfectly fine. I go to the list of processes, I click on one, and it allows me to kill it. However, on the two subsequent servers I set up, I cannot click on the process; it won't bring up a popup menu. I have gone back and forth through all the settings. I have even exported the settings of the 'working' system to the two other systems, to no avail. I cannot figure out for the life of me what the difference is in setup between the first server and the other two, why one allows me to kill proc…

I am the Director of a medical company with about 50-55 end users and 10 servers (some virtual, some physical). Do I need to install PC Monitor on EVERYBODY's machine and SERVERS? Or Do you have a Server based software that I can install and will go out into the network and grab data? (If that makes sense) Ultimately, I would like to be able to pull up my iPad or iPhone and view everybody's machines and servers! Monitor the Domain Controller, Exchange, SQL, etc... Thanks!

I use the free version on 3 PCs. I've recently upgraded the operating system on one of my PCs. I now receive the message "Your account has 4 registered computers and the computer limit is 3. While . . . " However, only 3 computers are registered, only 3 computers appear in my user interface. Solution?
