  1. We need to add the feature to Disable or can be Disable for some people or for all or so, Accounts and Contacts as no one wants to export everything by some other salespeople or so.

  2. Dear Pulseway, Currently when a customer wants to send in their support request, they can only send a message but no attachments or such. Is this possible or is this feature in the making? Also if an employee of a customer does not have an email registered in the PSA system, does the ticket system still reply to this person if we reply on that ticket?

  3. Started by CodeWeavers,

It would be handy if there was an official Unraid client for Pulseway. Preferably one that installs as a plugin and can be managed from the Unraid UI.

  4. PROBLEM In Pulseway, there is a place for tickets with PSA integration. This is clunky, and frankly cumbersome to use. In order to have any sort of mobile ticketing experience, I must download the Fusion app, and use it. Once in it, the interface is not user-friendly, in that I have to search around just to make a simple note on a ticket. That app logs me out after only minutes of inactivity. Compare that to "Fresh Desk" where I'm logged in all the time, and the interface is very friendly. In fact as a former user of that platform, I completed and notated tickets predominately on that mobile app than I did on a computer, because of the "on the go" type…

It would be worthwhile to implement searching for hosts by logged-in username in the mobile app. I like this feature of the web app and miss it on the mobile app side.

  6. Hello, I would like to request a workflow be able to be made to remove signature images when someone emails in a ticket. These images stack up and make it impossible to print out tickets and they are really annoying when someone sends in a picture along with their ticket and you are trying to find the correct picture sifting through all the signature images. Thanks

  7. Please add an ability to create a limited account that has no executive permissions but is able to be logged in permanently on the Pulseway Dashboard application so that we are able to monitor our domains.

  8. Started by NovaComputers,

When you apply a Policy under the Organization, you cannot longer manage it individually. For example, if I apply an Antivirus Policy for the entire organization, and then I need to troubleshoot 1 EndPoint, I cannot longer remove the antivirus for that individual EndPoint I have to go to the Organization and remove the policy causing the Antivirus to be removed from ALL Endpoints. Same thing with Patch Management. I know I can do this in bulks in the corresponding section, go to EndPoint Protection, select all Endpoints and install the AV this way, but WHY? I would like that when I join a computer to a network, this will automatically install the Pulseway Agent, inst…

would like a menu to manage active directory so we don't have to click through to a device with the active directory module also would like to be able to browse the forest (see forest tree) would also be good if we can move items into OUs and create new groups/OUs

  10. Several of my clients manage multiple locations under the same company or management structure. I have Pulseway configured to treat each location as a separate site but under the same customer. As designed, the client remote access feature in the v9.7 client portal allows an individual login to access resources from only one site location. This is unnecessarily restrictive. If a customer manages multiple sites they should be allowed to access resources in all those customer locations from a single login to the client portal. This can be done by allowing a "Shift-click" to select multiple site locations in the Pulseway web application. Thank you. Larry

I was a longtime user of Spiceworks Help Desk for many years (before they did away with on-prem) and it had a specific feature that helped out a lot. They called it Tickets Anywhere. Basically when you received a ticket email, you could reply to it and put commands in the message body. Say for instance a ticket come in and I checked it and saw it was something "Joe" could do, in the body of the reply the very first thing would be #assign Joe . The ticket was assigned to Joe, and the user got a quick response showing we were on top of things. There were many commands you could do just by replying. #add 30m would add 30 minutes to the time spent working on the ticket. #clos…

  12. Pulseway should introduce a dedicated asset management module to provide comprehensive tracking and management of hardware and software across IT environments. Currently, Pulseway focuses heavily on monitoring, but adding an asset management feature would enable users to easily track equipment, licensing, and lifecycle status in one centralized platform. This would streamline inventory management, reduce manual effort, and help IT teams stay on top of hardware warranties, software licenses, and scheduled maintenance. By integrating asset management, Pulseway can offer a complete solution for IT administrators who need real-time insights into both their systems' perfo…

  13. Hi Pulseway, Please add support for WinGet. It's the official Windows packet manager. Pulseway is available in WinGet right now but Jaden of Pulseway Support just told me by email that it's not officially supported by you. Thank you.

  14. When a user launches a troubleshooter, it currently does not have the ability to attach machine information to the summary email such as hostname or the results of the script executed. The summary only shows the user information. Add the output of the script along with the system name to ensure an accurate follow-up with the user.

  15. Pulseway can not auto-close or make one ticket influence another ticket. I wanted this to better monitor endpoint backups. Worked with support on this and it seems not to be possible. I found CeckCentral and that does perfectrly what I want: if a computer has a completed backup, no notification. If a computer has not done a backup in x time, send a notification. Great Dashboads and periodic reports and only 0,50$ per check/month. A BIG timesaver as now I only need to spent time to backup tickets that are actually need my attention. They have integrations with all the wellknown PSA's but not Pulseway. I'd like to urge to get this integration workin…
