I have a Linux Server that reports as up-to-date version 5.4.

Is this correct? Because I can't move it in Pulseway 6.0 to another Organization or Site. I get an error message that the agent requires an update.

Is there a way to place it in another organization/site by editing the config.xml file on the 5.4 version?

Is there a Linux 6.0 Beta?

Hi All,

The MAC and Linux agents currently are not upgraded to the version 6.0, therefore all new MAC and Linux systems, which you are registering with your account, currently are placed under the Default Organisation -> Default Site -> Legacy group. We are planning to update the Linux and MAC agents to the version 6.0 by the end of the October.

Thank you for your patience.

Is there any update on the ETA for this?

Hi @Joe Walls,

The Linux agent version 6.0 has been released 2 days ago and we are currently working on the upgrade for the MAC agent (estimated time 4 weeks).

Hi there,

Unfortunately I am still unable to move my linux clients into other groups. The agents report as Version 6.0, but allegedly moving them /still/requires an agent update ...

Hi @fthl,

If you are using the on-prem Pulseway server, then this option will be available for you at the end of the next week. We will need to release an update for the on-prem servers to enable this option.

Hi @fthl,

Yes, this update was released. It could take up to 24 hours for it to propagate to all on-prem Pulseway servers.
