Posted February 9, 20187 yr When a new ticket is opened via email, the sender receives two confirmation emails. They are duplicates.
February 10, 20187 yr Administrators Hi John, Make sure that you don't have a notification setup in the email parser and another one in the Admin -> Business Process -> Workflows. -Paul
February 10, 20187 yr Author Thanks Paul. That is exactly what it was. I turned off the one in the parser as it seems more useful to have all notifications located in one place (workflows).
