Hi Rasmus, If a group becomes empty the group policies will not be deleted so when you add systems back to that group the policy will be applied automatically. Regards, Chris Pulseway Support

Hi, So you want to be able to pull the notification list through an API? Regards, Chris Pulseway Support
-
Hi, Welcome to the Pulseway community. Download Pulseway Dashboard (Downloads -> Desktop Apps) then go to Tools -> All notifications and from there you can export them into a CSV file (and import them in Microsoft Excel). Regards, Chris Pulseway Support

Hi Steve, Welcome to the Pulseway community. Pulseway only installs critical updates when you issue the group command however it's a great idea so we've added to our todo list. Regards, Chris Pulseway Support

Hi Alex, Welcome to the Pulseway community. We already have this feature in our Roadmap so you can bet that this feature will be implemented in a future Pulseway release. Regards, Chris Pulseway Support

Hi Terry, Comparing an app icon is not a viable solution as well because the icon may not always start at the same location. Why not ask Microsoft to provide a public API for this? Regards, Chris Pulseway Support

Hi, Thank you for your request. We'd love to integrate with Arcserve UDP however we didn't find any open APIs as they promise on their website. Would it be possible for you to put us in contact with someone on their end to get more information about their API? Please email support [at] pulseway [dot] com with more information. Thank you, Chris Pulseway Support

Hi, We are working with ESET on bringing support for ESET Remote Administrator 6 as soon as possible so you can bet Pulseway will support ERA 6 in the future. Regards, Chris Pulseway Support
-
Hi, You can do this by setting up a Group Policy to use the unattended installation parameters. Regards, Chris Pulseway Support

Hi, If you restart the Pulseway service do you still see the same message? Does the agent crash after showing this error message? Regards, Chris Pulseway Support
-
Hi, Pulseway doesn't support ESET Remote Administrator 6.x at this moment. ESET doesn't expose any form of APIs at this moment for the V6 ERA software. Regards, Chris Pulseway Support

Hi, Sorry for the delayed follow up. We confirmed this behaviour with our development team and it will be fixed in a future release. Thank you for your report. Regards, Chris Pulseway Support

Hi, Control + Alt + Delete is currently supported by Windows 7+ and Windows Server 2008R2+ at this moment. We plan on supporting Windows Vista and Windows Server 2008 in the next windows agent release (or the one that follows). Regards, Chris Pulseway Support

Hi, No, we no longer plan on adding a native Mac OS X Dashboard application because we are working on a HTML5 Web Application that will have a Dashboard module. Regards, Chris Pulseway Support

Hi Terry, We had our development team investigate the technical implications required to achieve the feature you requested and we reached the conclusion that since you can only collect sync errors through a textual file (etl.z) or an event file (etl which only contains event identifiers). String parsing on large files is a CPU consuming task that takes a long time to execute and can break fast if the software changes the log message format. We've learned that ETL files can become as large as 800GB+ which would take more than a couple of hours to parse them. Unless Microsoft exposes any form of API, we cannot add such feature to Pulseway. String parsing is not a valid solution. Regards, Chris Pulseway Support

Hi, Welcome to the Pulseway community. Can you try to install the hotfix linked on this topic and see if it resolves your problem? Regards, Chris Pulseway Support -
Hi, If a user changes the password using the Change Password dialog, a command will be sent to all other configured agents to update the stored password with the new password. So if you change the password from one agent, it will propagate to all other agents (if they are online during the password propagation period you get to select). Regards, Chris Pulseway Support

Hi, No, we have an internal solution for tracking todos which is separate from the Roadmap however I added RRAS on the public roadmap as well. Regards, Chris Pulseway Support

Hi Ron, Thank you for your feedback. 1. When opening a detailed notification it should be possible to open then next or previous notification without the necessity to close, select the next one and then double click This will be added in the next (or the one that follows) Dashboard release. 2. Now you can delete one notification or all. It should be possible to clear selected notification. Selection like we are used to in windows with the help of SHIFT (range selection) and CONTROL (select one by one) We will consider adding a remove selected notifications button. 3. It would be nice if you would be able to add selected notifications to a TO-DO list. So after reading the notification you could clear and then proceed with the the TO-DO list This occurred to us as well. We basically keep the notifications list clean and if there are notifications present, we consider them as TO-DO items. Regards, Chris Pulseway Support

Hi, We aim to implement both at the same time, yes, however this feature is a low priority one and it might not make it in the exact same release. Regards, Chris Pulseway Support

Hi Terry, We will configure a vanilla Windows 7 x64 VM and we will contact you for more information. Regards, Chris Pulseway Support

Hi, When you click on the Change Password button, you will be prompted to select a password propagation period. During that period if agents are online, they will update the local password with the changed password. Regards, Chris Pulseway Support
