Marius reacted to Corey Bryant in Wrong CPU Usage
Just for the record, I had the same issue with a Dell PowerEdge 2900 & Server 2003 OS. After running lodctr /r from the prompt, the CPU usage showed up right away on my phone.
Note that in any Server OS, lodctr /r does NOT return any kind of message when it succeeds. It will just take you back to the prompt.

Marius reacted to Calin in Play Store - Device not compatible with this version
Hello,
Please make sure that you have the google apps package installed on your custom rom and it should work.

Marius got a reaction from Paul in No screens found
During update the user helper app (pcmontask) it's being closed - it will restart next time a user logs in or when you run the PC Monitor Manager.
Â
Chris Update 2015: This is no longer the case. After the update Pulseway will automatically restart the user helper app (pcmontask).

Marius reacted to Cptrico in Spread the word
I encourage all to advertise a little bit for PC monitor on e.g Facebook or linkedIn.
The more users, the bigger community we can build, and great ideas are shared.

Can you please check that pcmontask.exe process is running on that machine?

Marius got a reaction from Paul in How to Uninstall PC Monitor from Mac?
This feature is now available in the latest beta 2.

Marius reacted to Paul in How to speed up refresh rate?
The main reason would be traffic. Faster refresh rates = more data passing through the server = more expenses.
I "think" this can be changed if you own an enterprise server.

Marius got a reaction from Bruisdini in Enable email notifications
Email notifications are disabled by default in Pulseway. To enable them start Pulseway app on your computer and click the "Change Account Details" button on the Account tab. You will then be able to enable email notifications in the Account Details dialog.

Marius got a reaction from fascik in Mac version?
We are working on the Mac version. The agent is working but there are still some features to be implemented and to complete the configuration UI module.

The PC Monitor account username is different from the forum one.
Check out this guide to create a monitoring account:

Marius got a reaction from goldmonster in API Hooks
It is possible but you will have to perform the "if PC X is down" yourself in the PluginDataCheck method. The computer states are not yet available in the API.

We are adding this and will be available as an update.

Marius got a reaction from BartB in Unattended installation for .msi
Pulseway msi files support unattended installation.
Â
Pulseway_xNN.msi /qn config=FFF configpassword=PPP
Â
where:
FFF - The UNC path for the configuration file (required)
PPP - The password for the configuration file
Â
or:
Â
Pulseway_xNN.msi /qn username=UUU password=PPP group=GGG server=SSS
where:
UUU - account username (required)
PPP - account password (required)
GGG - group name (optional). If not specified it will be "Default"
SSS - dedicated server address - used only if you have a Pulseway Enterprise Server and it's required in this case.
AD Group Policy can now be used to install the software. After the installation the Pulseway service will start automatically and you will be able to see the computer in the computer list.
The next version will add support for Computer Configuration Policy - the Pulseway Agent will contact the server to read and assign the policy assigned for it's specific group or a general policy.Â

Marius got a reaction from Paul in Removing a machine/online activity of phone app
If it's your PC, you can uninstall the app. That poses the question how a "hacker" managed to install the app in the first place.
