  8. We have servers in two separate data centers in US and BOTH had this issue. We will use Twitter for status updates - in this case the issue lasted just 15 minutes.

    Can you please check that pcmontask.exe process is running on that machine?
  18. Not from the mobile app. But you can hide those updates in Windows and won't appear in that list.
  19. Hi, We are planning to enhance the Dashboard in future releases - this has not changed. On displaying the computer details while the PC is offline we would have to store all the details while the PC it's online to be able to do that. As per our Privacy Policy we do not store any computer details. Marius

  23. If that machine does not have Internet connectivity you cannot control it.
  24. You are right Paul, the Enterprise Server supports faster refresh rates on agents (not on mobile apps).
  25. You can't change the refresh rate.
