I don't think this is possible. The only solution would be to create an account on the Enterprise server for you and use the "Associated Accounts" features to see the work + home machines together.

An icon should appear on the task bar (might be hidden). You can define a group policy and enable this option. Once saved, the group policy will propagate to all the systems in that group.

Use the PC Monitor Manager app - Manage Systems to delete the server. Once you see the server online press the Remove button. The action will remotely delete the account info from that server.
