  1. Hi Folks, Just making sure I'm not the only one still having problems since the outage earlier today? - My mobile app is showing me computers as not powered up, but I know they are up. People are looking for support, I tell them to turn on their computer and they are already on. - I tried to install Bitdefender, the options are: - Don't have the plus sign to add anything - Only option is Webroot - I select Bitdefender, make my selects and when I click Install, screen flicks and I'm back to the Web login page. Hi all, I'm enabling offline files just for the desktop for our laptop users and would like a way to be alerted if there is an error in the sync on the machine however i would like it to only alert me if there is an issue with the sync process itself and not everytime it has tried to sync but failed due to it not being connected to the corporate network (if that makes sense) Anyone done anything similar or how do you monitor this to make sure offline files ARE syncing ?     Hi Team! I'm working with workflows for the first time to automate simple incidents such as disk full - and have a few questions regarding conditions. This workflow in the screenshot has a few steps above it to clear out temp/cache/defrag, then it gets to a condition that determines if the notification should be removed or set to critical. When executing this workflow on a system with less than 1% disk space, the OS disk was at 60% free space, yet it ran the "fail" actions instead.     I'm able to login to Pulseway Remote Control. However, it shows some devices offline that aren't actually offline. For the ones that are still showing online, I'm unable to connect to them. When attempting to connect, it shows "starting remote control" but it never actually connects. I also occasionally get the warning that it is busy or no endpoint found at this address.

    I started 3pp on a server, I get an error message "Error during patching process 3PP patching failed: Log file 'C:\Program Files\Pulseway\Patch\scan_results\scan_YJ4VO4.json' not found." I don't have this folder on the server what could be the problem

    I use Bitdefender through Pulseway. To properly remove Bitdefender from a device, you have to change the device's policy and remove the AV agent, and free up a Bitdfender license. What would you do if the device is broken and can't turn on anymore to get the license back?

    I have a policy that installs security updates and I always get this error message Error during patching process. OS patching failed: 0x80070437: The account specified for this service is different than the account specified for other services that run in this process. (Exception von HRESULT: 0x80070437)

  13. Hi, I'm receiving a lot of fasle notifications for server down. But all servers that I have checked are working fine. These servers are locate in different datacenters and different countries. Is it possible that there are problems related to Pulseway Servers? is there link where there is the possibility to check the status of the Pulseway services? edit: I have problem with website too, there are many pages very slow to load (if they load).     Hello, I need to delete a customer, they have 300+ devices and when i tried to delete the organization under Configuration > Organizations > and the customer it says its not empty, i cant delete them one by one, it will take to much time. is there a better way?

    Looking at these forums it is quite clear that the search function doesn't find currently logged on users. However I haven't been able to get it to work on manually set custom fields, notes or tags either. Is that also not an available function either? Edit: Never mind I see it now, its part of the drop down itself.

    Hey guys Hope some one can help - About 5 weeks ago my push notifications for when my PCs starts up stopped working - I get them for when they shut down - I have tried the usual un-installing the software, re-registering, validating - I find it strange that both the computers stopped at the same time with the notifications for start up I have sent a few sent emails to support but not getting any replies back for some reason - I hope someone can point me in the right direction as I may be overlooking something

  20. Good Day, Does anyone else have an issue with the bottom panel missing on any of their Windows 11 agents? I cannot access the "Click here to allow changes", "Import Settings", "Export Settings" or the Knowledge Base buttons. I am seeing it on other agents. We uninstalled the Pulseway agent several times, deleted the program files and even cleared the Registry PC Monitor password values and even after re-installation it does not re-appear. Can anyone tell me if there was a change in the agent or something that needs to be done to restore visibility, thanks.

Little bit of background here, the company I work for supports approximately 400 systems for one of our clients, they use Pulseway for these systems therefore we are provided access to their Pulseway account to administer and support those systems. As a company we support thousands of other systems mainly on another non Pulseway platform we pay for. We were advised by the account owner that File transfer had been removed by Pulseway in a later version and we confirmed this since version 8 still has file transfer and version 9 just gives a message to use copy/paste instead.   24. I am looking to use a probe to install the pulse way manager on a device. The device is found on the network by the probe, however the Remote Computer Administrator Credentials will not allow me to leave anything blank. The device i am looking to install the manager on does not have a password set for the administrator account. I can enter the account name, however it will not let me submit the deployment while the password field is empty. Is there something I should enter into the password field that will still work even though the target device does not have a password?

    I removed managed updates from a client who is attempting to upgrade to Windows 11. It's been about 20 minutes, I've restarted the Pulseway service, but I still get an error saying that "Your organization manages updates on this PC". How long is it supposed to take before the policy updates on the computer so I can upgrade it to Windows 11? Or is there a way to force a policy update from the computer?
