Since 24th Jan, when I delete a notification via Pulseway dashboard it come back with same timestamp within in few seconds. However, I am able to delete notifications permanently via the mobile app. Anyone else having the same issue ? Also, for past 2 weeks pulseway ticketing is very slow, when you try to create a new ticket or add notes etc.. the load time is very high.

Please just clarify in the help text to press enter when adding a service name. Added one and got error filed can not be empty and by accident pressed enter out of frustration to find out thats how to add the name, may seem obvious but not quite clear thats how to do it. "press enter after entering a short name" would suffice. "" Alternatively make confirm button add what text one entered in field. Thanks.

Similar to the Topic created on March 27, 2014 in Bugs, I have an issue with multiple windows VMs reporting as a single Pulseway device (due to us distributing one Windows VM to multiple machines. Whats the best way to fix this? I installed Pulseway on each VM seperatly (not through the VM distribution)

Dear Support Team, I am opening this topic because we have been experiencing high CPU usage by a program on our Windows 2022 servers. The program is using 28-30% of the CPU constantly, even though it should only be using 1-5%. This is causing performance issues on our servers. We have already tried the following to fix the issue: lodctr /R Reinstall the program Reboot the server Update the server Lowering the task priority in Task Manager Limiting the program to using only 1 CPU core None of these solutions have worked. Hi, We're using 3rd party patching to update Sonicwall NetExtender and if it attempts to update the application while there is an active connection in the application, it will uninstall the old version but not install the new version. Manually running the policy will cause it to reinstall the application but it is definitely causing a lot of heartache for our users since we just enabled this policy last week and this week there was an update to NetExtender. A few weeks ago, one of my servers ran out of storage and Pulseway never sent me a notification. I found that the low storage notification is no longer working for any of my servers. Below are a few examples, as of today. The top 2 are Windows 2019 Server and the bottom one Windows 2016. In all 3 cases, my iOS app should have a notification for these low storage conditions, but there is nothing. In addition, the notification for when the computer is started is also not working. Once a month, I reboot all servers and Pulseway now only notifies when the computer is shutting down not when it started.

The active alerts widget on the dashboard is not updating and previously deleted notifications are still counted on the graph. Clicking on it will not show any new notifications.

After our new account set up/successful agent installation, I found a Hyper-V (1 system) role created. I cannot delete it or edit it. When I drill down to the actual server involved (which by the way does not play any Hyper-V role in any sense), I get a spinning icon and then a red error message "Data not available". How can I remove or edit the role? Or remove that machine from that particular role? Also is there somewhere in the documentation that outlines the purpose of "Roles" and what I can do with this particular feature?

Since the upgrade to 9.7 i am unable to change profiles and save the changes i have made. When i press the save button, i get the following dialog screen: The same happens when i try to duplicate a profile, change it and press the create button. Same dialog screen is shown. If i go through the process of selecting a folder, creating a new folder called 'test' and selecting create, it proceeds as expected. it saves the profile, but does NOT create a separate profile folder called 'test'. Hi Is there a way to set up an alert when the custom title stops working or starts to error? We use a tile that connects to an external web host to install our AV/EDR, but it has started saying "Failed to Download" and didn't give an error other than in Title list Ux. Regards

Hi, Is there a way to get more information back from Pulseway when using a custom tile to install software? This install popped the following cryptic error in the Pulseway history log, but then Windows logged the actual issue and more relevant details in the Windows application log saying, "Reboot Required" Mar 11, 2024, 11:19:21 AM Application SentialOneInstall (23.2.358) failed to install. SMScriptException (3): Error in script.

After removing Sophos from a Windows 11 Pro laptop and adding Windows Defender as a replacement, the Security tab under a device shows both security solutions as being active: I checked both the "Program Files" and "Program Files (X86)" folder and removed a single, empty Sophos folder, just to be sure. There are no processes active on the laptop for Sophos. It seems like it just shows the 'ghost' of Sophos.

I dont get it it seems more frequent untested updates Pulseway releases things getting worse and out of hand! As of October 16 I stopped receiving Notifications in iOS notification Pulseway App !! I relly on them 99.9% of all my time during a day! It is really important to me to receive them as i used to on my iOs app!. I work in a field a lot and they save and notify me about problems when i am on the go.! I created a support ticket and 2 weeks go unanswered ! i no longer receive Notifications ! Please fix it ASAP my business relies on them ! Anybody else have the same issue!? P.S. a temporaily fix …

The title/header in the notification for automatic reboot genereated by the patch managments settings looks off. If the entire prompt could be more descriptive and say how many updates have been installed, must be restarted before <end date & time>. "You need to restart your computer. Your computer have been updated according to the company patch policy and needs to be restarted before to complete the updates. (3) Updates installed, choose to restart the computer now or schedule it for a later. Restart will automatically be done <date & time> if not performed earlier." I have pulseway 9.9 running on 100+ solar-powered Raspberry Pi B+ (Raspbian Buster). They have been running smoothly for over a year, however within the last month on approx. 30 of them, CPU utilisation has increased from 5%-10% to 95%-100%. Stopping pulseway stops the issue and starting again resumes it. How to go about diagnosing problem?
