Posted January 16, 201411 yr Hi.. I would like a generic WMI module - just like Performance Counters. It would be nice. Best Regards, Martin Stevnhoved Abakion A/S

August 16, 20177 yr Author Hi. I would still note that this would be a HUGE improvement. It would make it possible to make you own notifications, without learning c# and writing plugins. Right now I am looking a notifying if the DFS-R state is not normal (<>4). It would be so simple with a generic WMI module.
August 17, 20177 yr Administrators Hi Martin, We're considering on implementing this as a similar feature to the SQL Server custom query notifications if you've tried them already. It will allow you to specify a WMI query that returns a single row with some columns for which you can setup notification rules. What do you think of this approach? -Paul
August 18, 20177 yr Author That would be very nice. !! But sometimes it would return more rows. So a notification setting could also be if the criteria has been met on Any, All or None records.
