This is not 2FA... it's bothering you with an email to login to your account. Two-Factor requires any two of these:
Something you know (your username & password, check) Something you have (a software/hardware code generator, a Yubikey) Something you are (fingerprint, etc.) Bio-metrics are far from perfect, and usually avoided in these situations - I'm just amazed you went through the effort to implement this "2 factor send you an email" when it's simple to implement the time-based solution that is used by Google and others. I've been waiting for a long time for you to add 2FA - and to have it implemented like this is insulting; I feel like you made a half-hearted attempt to placate me (and others that want 2FA).

    Do it right, folks. Please.

It is $0.30 per month per agent in the US. We are on the trial right now, but the list of software is so small we are not sure we will keep it.

I would like to see ScreenConnect integrated for remote support.  Also, are there any reasonably priced UK alternatives to PagerDuty or can you add SMS to Mobile PC Monitor in the future?

lyoder reacted to AndyR in Feature request: Schedule script for one-off tasks
It would be good to be able to set a schedule when executing a script from a device. For example, if I wanted to schedule a script to run at night. This script would be scheduled on a per device basis. An example would be scheduling a reboot script for a server in the middle of the night. I don't want to have to create tasks to run these. Instead, I would go to the device to run a script the same way I would run a script now, but with an option to schedule this script for a later time and date.

Is there a reason there is no sync or way to associate RMM Organizations with clients in the PSA?
I'd half expect to at least be able to import clients from the PSA into the RMM.  Searching the forums there are one or two mentions around this, but surprised there isn't more documentation on this.  I even read that systems don't sync into the PSA until they raise a ticket and when they do you have to manually assign them to the correct client.

    Am I missing something?

Pulseway WebApp in 6.x has implemented the centralized management of Group Policy via the Configuration section of Server Admin.  This is a Great Start!
Now it would be great if we could configure policy at the Site and Organization Level as well.  With application rules similar to Active Directory where the Organization policy would be overwritten by the Site Policy which would be overwritten by the Group Policy.  This would allow for easy policy changes across all systems at the Organization Level and more granular policy changes at Site and Group Level.
Right Now I have 100 policies I have to manage and any change requires editing each policy because of the variances of our systems.
In the attached example it would be nice to set policy at the WO (Organization Level) for Notifications (offline, CPU, RAM) which are generally always the same for us and then downstream in Site and Group level I can do more specific monitoring if needed.

    Hey guys!

I think Pulseway would be even better if the alerts would clear themselves when resolved.. For example, a server with available windows updates will reboot during our custom maintenance window but the alert will stay until I manually clear it in either the webGUI or the Dashboard app. Those kind of alerts along with cpu spikes, short memory outtage etc are more like "white noise" in the monitoring for me and I'd like to focus on alerts where a proper action is needed in order to resolve.

To build further on this idea an even better improvement would be to tie alerts to scripts, so if Alert X is triggered, script Y will run and Alert X will be cleared.
Let me know what you think! // Martin

It would be awesome if we would click on a machine name in the PSA and Pulseway would bring us directly to that machine so we can work on it.

    Thank you,
