  1. You can create the user account, use PC Monitor Manager to configure the account and all the monitoring settings, export the config file and send it to your user. All he will have to do is to install PC Monitor and import the config file.
  2. The PC Monitor service subscribes to these Windows events for notifications. We will look into it to see if we can prevent writing in the registry.
  3. I don't think there's an issue here - open PC Monitor Manager and go to Registered Devices. Do you see your new phone listed with push notifications enabled? If so, you will get notifications - it might take a while until Google Push Servers will start delivering notifications.
  4. OK, that will be implemented soon
  5. We are looking at ways to do this either distributing an exported configuration or use an enterprise server computer policy manager that will configure the clients automatically (auto discover feature)
  6. We will add this, the password propagation mechanism has been implemented and works for the account password already so this will use the same mechanism.
  7. Unfortunately there will be no Windows 2000 support.
  8. Hi Carlos, We are actually working on this right now and hope to be available in the next server update. Update: This is now supported in the Admin app - Associated Accounts tab on the account page. Marius
  9. Great plugin. Maybe the PIN can be preset in the future using the plugin configuration screen in PC Monitor?
  10. I can see, thank you. We're not including drivers in the list at the moment.
  11. thanks, we will check this. they should have been included.
  12. Hi Gerry, The optional updates will be displayed in the list as well, only the hidden ones won't. Regards, Marius
  13. There features are not yet supported, however you could easily write a plugin for them.
  14. There's nothing wrong with what you are doing, the screens/webcam features are available for subscriptions only. When you created your account a trial subscription was activated for these features along with the server modules so that's why you could see them.
  15. Can you delete the app and re-install it? And can you please email us your username?
  16. Check to see if you can login to https://my.pulseway.com using your username and password. As well, open the PC Monitor app on your PC, re-enter the same user/pass and press the Validate Account button. What is the result?
  17. Hi Dan, We do have a feature called "Associated Accounts" that will allow you to "share" computers between accounts (as read only or full access). This feature was designed for the Enterprise Server (and might not work with the cloud servers). Run the PC Monitor app installed on your PC and press the "Account Details" button. Go to the Associated Accounts tab and add share computers there with another account (read only of full access, with or without notifications). Hope this helps. Marius
  18. In this case you should get a notification after about 15 minutes once the computer goes offline.
  19. We're starting the development of this new server module and we would like to hear your opinion about what should be included. Any suggestions are welcomed and we thank you in advance for all of them.
  20. Is the computer offline notification active for that computer? Check in PC Monitor app to see if that option is selected.
  21. It's a very good idea, we'll add it in a future release. Thank you.
  22. PC Monitor only issues the command for sending the email. Check the email account you have set up in PC Monitor to see what are the restrictions.
  23. great, glad it worked - thanks for the update.
