    Hello, I can't seem to tag any of our Macs, only Linux and Window systems. Any ideas why or are Macs not allowed tags? I can only add notes. Thanks, Cory

    I'm new to MacOS and just doing some tests installing various support tools we use. I've installed Pulseway and want to go back in and change some settings but the app doesn't show up in finder > applications or anywhere else for that matter. How do you get back to the app configuration screen? Thanks

    I have been trying to deploy Pulseway onto a few of our Apple devices recently and have had issues with the M1 devices a few of my team use. When I use Remote Control to access the device, the screen looks like the attached screenshot. For clarification, this is only happening on Apple Silicon macs and there are no issues that I have found with Intel Macs. Is there a solution for this?

So ive uninstalled the pulseway app from my M1 mac (installed it via app store). but the damn com.pulseway.PulsewayHelper process still autostarts and drains my M1 mac battery in less than 1,5h due ot 100% battery usage. How the hell do i uninstall this process? Rebooting computer doesnt help, and theres no pulseway under the startup options.

    I've been having issues with remoting into my clients iMacs. the session opens up perfectly and works well for a solid 5 seconds then begins lagging and miss clicks. Almost like the system see's the mouse in one place but shows me a completely different location. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling multiple times and i've checked as many settings as i could think of and still for the life of me i can figure it out. anyone have any ideas?

  8. Its only agent for Windows and not OSX. I know that i can download the agent and install on the Mac but how do i pair it with the customers config?

  9. "Agent Group" is empty on MacOS when trying to configure endpoint. There are 2 elements configured in the Admin Web Portal but I'm not able to select either. All I see is "No agent groups available" and cannot select a value. I even created a new Site and Agent Group I am using a Legacy account ('free') so I don't have an instance. I do have 2FA configured but this problem existed earlier today before I activated 2FA.
