Dashboard

I keep getting an error on the dashboard saying I need "a valid subscription is required to use this application" However the Windows 8 app works fine and so does the android app. I have 1 server and 1 client connected to my account at the moment, any help would be much appreciated Thank you ~Cody

I would like to see the option to add more information to each server. Like I/O%, Bandwidth , HDD stats. Is that possible Marius ? Thank you

The dashboard application doesn't update itself even though I enabled it in setting-other. I was on 3.1 and never got updated to 3.13, 3.1.4 and 3.2 I just manually installed 3.2 after seeing on the website that there's a new version. So why isn't the application not updated automatically? Also how about a newsletter with announcements of new versions either for Agent or Dashboards? As great as the Application is there's a lack of communication to customers about new things, what's comming up.

hi all is it possible to set a refreshrate according to the administrator's needs? for me the refresh rate of the dashboard is a little bit slow. if i shutdown a server it takes relatively long to determine that the server is offline. thanks for the support cheers yves

Don't imagine there will be a cure for this short of reinstalling Windows, but I'll ask anyway... Win 7 x64 SP1. Help/About in Dashboard 2.7 tells me that I should get tray notifications of new alerts, and that feature is enabled in Tools/Options/Runtime. Not only do I not receive receive notifications, there doesn't appear to be a tray icon any more. I've uninstalled & reinstalled; no change. I know the tray icon USED to be there. The one that didn't do anything. Probably as recently as v2.6 but I couldn't swear to it. I've installed it on 2 other machines and the tray icon is alive and well. So it's just this one machine. Don't get me wrong...I do like Dashboard 2.7. Really. I do. But...while lots of us geeks here are into computers, I've never once, in 20 years in IT, groped a computer! And if I did, I'm man enough to do it myself; not depend on PC Monitor to do it for me. Sorry, Marius. Too weird for me.

In your upcoming Dashboard update, please use snaking columns instead of parallel columns (sorry, showing my age...a WordPerfect reference!)
