  2. We've been seeing this issue as well. I've been having to use the terminal to sign-out using QUSER and LOGOFF, just so I can sign in again.
  3. Same issue here, and my remote sessions constantly disconnect and re-connect.
  4. I have at least one computer with the same error not able to start pulseway agent on Windowss 11 24H2 running all the latest updates. I have others showing offline that I know are online but I'm unable to get to them. And another errow above it:

  24. I have noticed recently that after I have remoted in to a client (seemingly all my clients, different versions of windows), and then disconnect from the client, I cannot log in again. When I try to log in again, I get stuck on the view "Connected. Waiting for screen update". I have noticed that if I kill the process "Pulsway User Agent" on the client machine, I can again log in to the computer. On the client, the window in the lower right corner that says that some one is logged in does not disappear when I close my connection. We have over 140 clients on our account, so far this issue has been on all of the ones I have tested it on.

Can you help me with a few questions? 1) How is the update being installed? 2) What is the O.S version and edition? 3) What is the status of the device in Pulseway Webapp? 4) On to the target system, open the Pulseway manager, validate registration and send a screenshot if any error. 5) How many devices has this been affected?   32. That’s a really solid suggestion! Having the ability to queue scripts for when machines come back online would save a lot of time and make things much smoother, especially for admins handling multiple devices. Your idea of adding retry options and success/failure reporting sounds particularly useful since it gives better control over deployment without unnecessary repetition. On a lighter note, when I’m taking short breaks, I usually unwind with quick games like temple run play, it’s fast, engaging, and great for a few minutes of distraction before diving back into work. Hope the Pulseway team takes your feedback into account, because this would be a great feature to have!

  34. Thanks, it solved. I checked the outcome of the "Get Device Value" block instead of the 'testFile' variable, that's why it gave 'YES' all the time

  39. As the title suggests, is there a way to get notified if all devices in a group go offline? I am not bothered when even a single device is online, I only want to know when all of them are offline. cheers pav

  42. I think there is a bug with "Get Device Value"/ check file exists, it always returns YES.
