  3. @Thanh - Gotcha. It'll be best if we create a ticket with support about this. They'll be able to investigate this further. I just contacted them and they'll reach out shortly๐Ÿ˜Š

  5. Here is my workflow. It executes a script with 2 input values (Site and System Name). Every time I update (save) the script, the workflow will run with its default values (defined inside the script), ignoring the values specified in the workflow. So after saving the script, I need to open the workflow, reselect the script, and give it the input values. It doesn't matter what I modify in the script. Sometimes I just open it to check on something and accidentally click save, then I need to re-do all those things in the workflow again.

  8. Hey @paul-2020 - Thanks for reaching out! Find the IP addresses in these 2 articles: https://intercom.help/pulseway/en/articles/5620399-pulseway-ip-addresses-to-whitelist-for-email-notifications https://intercom.help/pulseway/en/articles/3436466-pulseway-ip-addresses-used-by-the-pulseway-agent ๐Ÿ˜Š

  10. I am configuring a firewall to allow access exclusively from U.S.-based IP addresses. To ensure Pulseway operates without interruption, could you please provide the list of IP address ranges that should be whitelisted for full functionality? Thank you

  12. Hey @Thanh - A couple of things to help you out with this: 1) Can you share a full screenshot of your workflow that shows all the steps in that workflow. 2) What are the specific things that are being changed in the scripts? 3) Can you also share a screenshot of the workflow history log that has successfully worked as well as the one that has failed.
  13. Hey @DarienAL - Can you check if the Email Parser is still working? If it is, I'll reach out to support to assist.

  17. I noticed recently that none of my scheduled reports that were then emailed to me have run since around 7/2... has anyone else noticed this as an issue?
  18. Hi, I am new to Pulseway and still exploring automation features. I have a workflow that calls a script with input variable. Every time I change/ update the script, the input value get lost, and I need to re-add the script to the workflow again which is really annoying. Is it normal or do I miss a configuration somewhere? Thank you

  21. @Mariale_Pulseway I just found out that the remote computer that I was trying to upload files to didn't update to 9.19 right away. It's working now.
  22. @Mariale_Pulseway My instance was updated to 9.19, and I still have the same problem, with no upload/download options.

  27. Hi, I am trying to figure out where Pulseways bases the overage time and regular billing hours in the system. You see, I created the retainer hours and added 8 hours to a ticket. I expected that the 8 hours would appear in the regular billing hours during the billing review, but it wasn't distributed that way. Instead, 6 hours were counted as overage hours, and 2 hours were included in the regular billing hours. At first, I thought this was due to the working hours, but I guess it is not related to that. Can someone help clarify this?
  28. Hey @Kia_24 - Thanks for reaching out. I just raised a support ticket on your behalf and someone from our team will contact you shortly๐Ÿ˜Š
  29. I'm trying to post a bill and it keeps sending me this system message, "Your request Status is: Enqueued." It's been 3 hours already. tried other billing review services, same system message shows, it won't proceed to posting services to billing.
  30. Hey @DarienAL - This features comes with the new 9.19 release. Did you instance got updated yet?
  31. Don't see upload/download options in the storage section of any of my endpoints in the pulseway web interface.
  32. You know that moment when you realize youโ€™ve been doing something the hard way for years? Hereโ€™s how to upload and download files without opening a remote session: Open the device card for the machine you want to access Head to the Storage tab Youโ€™ll now see Upload and Download options (yep, both!) Upload any file or folder directly to the device Download files off the deviceโ€”downloads as a ZIP, easy to extract This feature works on Windows, macOS, and Linux! Bonus: Use automation workflows to push files across multiple machines ๐Ÿ’ฅ
  33. Hey @Geko - Thanks for reaching out! While creating a scope, add those specific groups using the Edit context option in Scope page. Ensure this scope is chosen in the report template while running. You can also specify the groups/any other, etc. in Advanced templates -> Applications report in the right pane. (refer to images)
  34. Hi Is it possible to do an action to a specific group? For example, I would like to run an application report just on specific sub/group. I only see the option of a scope on operation systems. Thanks in advance!
  35. Your IT toolbox just got upgraded. Here are the top features to look out for: ๐Ÿ–ฅ๏ธ Peer-to-Peer Remote Control โ€” now when you remote into Windows machines, Pulseway establishes a direct P2P connection, reducing latency and making your remote sessions much smoother. ๐Ÿ•ฐ๏ธ Ad-hoc Automation Scheduling โ€” with Run Later you can now schedule ad-hoc scripts and workflows to execute at a specific date & time. Perfect for off-hours maintenance without disrupting end users. ๐Ÿ—‚๏ธ Hierarchical Automation Structure โ€” a new folder hierarchy for Scripts, Tasks, Workflows & Managed Files. Default system content, pre-built packages, and your own creations are now neatly separated. ๐Ÿ“Š Patch Status Page Enhancements โ€” the updated Patch Status page shows live deployment progress per patch and allows you to drill down by device. Instantly see which devices are deployed, pending, failed or waiting for reboot. ๐Ÿ“‚ Background File Transfer โ€” transfer files and folders across Windows, macOS & Linux โ€” without starting a remote session or bothering the end user. Upload, download or delete files directly from the device cardโ€™s storage browser. ๐Ÿ“‹ Policy Extensions โ€” you can build one master policy and fine-tune it per org, site or group as needed. Managing policies is simpler than ever, with streamlined cloning, importing, and exporting. Read more about these releases here: Release Notes
  36. Hey @AaronC - Thanks for your suggestion! I'll pass it on to our product team๐Ÿ˜Š
  37. @Mudslide03 - It should work, yes. However, we recommend to test it in one computer first. If you need more assistance with this, I'll loop in support๐Ÿ˜Š

  39. Similar to an outlook inbox. It would be nice to be able to see a quick preview even if not the whole thing of the last comment or activity so at a glance I can see if anything has changed on a ticket before drilling further into it if the status hasn't changed.
  40. Thank you for this suggestion, Mariale. I would like to clarify whether the contract you mentioned is the "Fixed Price Contract". I am trying to test that on the pusleway system; however, I wasn't able to generate the fixed price on the billing review. Can you guide me in the Fixed Price Contract, from billing to generating an invoice? And does Pulseway have a contract that allows me to connect it to the client's asset? For example, every month my client has to pay for the software they are using.
