I currently have:

  • Turn off automatic updates

  • Do not defer Quality Updates

  • Defer Feature Updates 180 days

  • Do not include driver updates

And for Critical, Important and Optional, it's set to Approve and Install. On my laptop, it's not offering the Windows 11 upgrade.

Any idea how to troubleshoot, or what the best settings would be?

Hey @t_llc - Pulseway can approve the Windows upgrades; however, even end-users' prompt is also important during the upgrade. But before that, is the laptop compatible with Windows 11? Only then can the upgrade be approved from Pulseway.

You can check the compatibility here from Microsoft website -> https://www.microsoft.com/en-in/windows/windows-11-specifications?r=1

I think the root cause was an Intune policy that was overriding this. My mistake.
