Posted January 9, 20196 yr Hello, I'm trying to find where to run an uptime / downtime report or get some type of history (graphed would be excellent). I assume I'm just missing it somewhere, seems like a pretty fundamental feature of RMM. Thanks!

The report was a Sample report, can you tell me where to find this or how we can get it back. This does not look like the only report that is now missing.  Regards Â
March 27, 20196 yr It is now nearly the end of March - I can't see the report yet - is it still planned for the end of this Month? Thanks Edited March 27, 20196 yr by JamesP
March 27, 20196 yr Staff Hi @JamesP, Unfortunately this project is still in designing phase, therefore I don't have any ETA for it at this time.

August 9, 20195 yr Administrators @Nerd Fuel I've enabled the uptime report for your instance. It will start collecting data now and the report template should also show up. -Paul
July 5, 20213 yr Hi Paul,  Is it possible to enable the uptime / downtime report also for our instance?Â
August 4, 20213 yr Same! We have no idea how long some of these PC's have been offline for and technically, this means it could be bugged/uninstalled/no longer working etc. Need to be able to see this.
August 4, 20213 yr Likewise, I would like this enabled. If this functionality is currently possible I feel like this should be enabled by default for everyone. This is good info to have available to us.Â
December 18, 20213 yr I would love to have this report enabled on my systems, Thank you in advance :)
January 17, 20223 yr @Lourenço Moirinho, can you please share your email id associated with Pulseway, so we can check if you're eligibile for the uptime/downtime reporting. Kindly DM me directly regarding the details, or mail me at jamie.taylor@pulseway.com.Â
February 11, 20223 yr @Jamie Taylor Sorry to pile on here but we're also looking for this feature. If we aren't eligible to have it enabled for us, can anyone think of a workaround to get roughly the same results? I am thinking of a daily task that runs a simple script (ping 127.0.0.1?) which will fail for a system that can't respond back and will report as such, but that feels messy and may bring in false positives. It also would only occur at a particular time during the day, which would exclude any computers operating outside of when the task runs. I guess I can have multiple tasks running at different times during the day, but then I'm compiling that data and... it would just be easier if this were a built-in feature, I'm concluding!
February 24, 20223 yr Hey @Fred_BD, please share your feature request here:Â https://pulseway.featureupvote.com/
