We use 3CX for our phone system, which integrates with a few different CRM packages. Is there any way to integrate the Pulseway PSA with 3CX phone systems?  Has anyone looked at this, or tried the link?

Hi Gary,

Unfortunately, the Pulseway PSA is not integrated with 3CX at this time, however if you want to create your own integration, then you can use the REST API for this.

I will look at this some day when I have time.  I was just hoping your PSA was build on some other CRM that 3CX already has support for that would make this connection quicker.

Great question. If anyone has the solution i want to have it also. Should be an great upgrade for PSA.

Instead of working on the API for this, I just installed the 3CX browser extension "3CX Click2Call".  Not perfect, but it dials my phone from the PSA links.  Just watch out what the extension thinks are phone numbers.

 

I noticed that a competing PSA has this integration. I would love to see it here as well.
