Is there any plan or discussion to allow MSP's the ability to white label the agent settings such as the name, desktop shortcuts, icon, installation path name, etc? We used to have this with a former RMM tool we used and it was helpful to maintain brand consistency with our clients.

Regarding Pulseway manager and tray icon - yes, we have this as a confirmed feature, but unfortunately it hasn't been implemented as of yet.

Regarding desktop icon and shortcut name - I don't see any problem doing this. The only thing that you will need to do it manually.

Rename the folder and service - it is possible, but if you will rename it, then you will need to register Pulseway service manually with a different name.

So is the icon customisation implemented yet?

Unfortunately, it is still not implemented.

This is going to be added in today's release. You'll be able to display your own logo and support contact information in the User Chat, Request Support and About windows of the User Agent. Remote Desktop session list rebranding is coming up next week.
