BobC reacted to CloudlySimon in Linux Remote SupportYes, I'd like to support this please.Ā While we only have ~275 linux machines in Pulseway, it would save us having to run another remote desktop tool.

BobC reacted to NathanB in Auto Close/Delete NotificationsThat's more or less right. We'd still need transparency, and some kept record for posterity and investigation, but we'd rather not be awoken middle of the night by production server alerts that aren't actually an issue :P

BobC reacted to StevenB in Auto Close/Delete NotificationsHi @Chris, Speaking for @NathanBĀ and I hope I'm right.Ā
The need would be for:
Trigger = System Back Online
Action = Delete Notification for System Offline (and then maybe System Back Online)

BobC reacted to Luke in Auto clearing alertsHow did you get on with this? is this possible yet?

BobC reacted to NathanB in Auto Close/Delete NotificationsHoping someone can help me find the right config option!
When a server goes offline, Pulseway generates an "Offline" notification for the server being in an offline status.
I need that alert to automatically clear if the server now online. Our Admin team is getting really frustrated with a constant bombard of app notifications when nothing is wrong, or has self-resolved

Remote Control really needs the ability to both trigger a reboot and to automatically reconnect when the system you're connected to completes the restart. Having it immediately disconnect when a reboot is triggered (usually if it's running as a service, it should be able to hold the session open for things like the first phase of installing Windows updates) and having to manually try over and over again to see if the machine has completed its reboot is really frustrating when you're trying to solve an issue remotely that requires a lot of reboots or even when you're just trying to do a number of updates to a system.

BobC reacted to AndyR in Feature request: Schedule script for one-off tasksIt would be good to be able to set a schedule when executing a script from a device. For example, if I wanted to schedule a script to run at night. This script would be scheduled on a per device basis. An example would be scheduling a reboot script for a server in the middle of the night. I don't want to have to create tasks to run these. Instead, I would go to the device to run a script the same way I would run a script now, but with an option to schedule this script for a later time and date.
