  1. First of all, thank you for this integration. This should prove to be much easier for techs to view and update their tickets. I do, however, have a suggestion to make it even better. I think it would be useful to be able to filter on ticket status. For example, show all tickets except completed.

Thanks again for your hard work!

  2. I have not noticed this issue anymore since I was vigilant in making sure I clicked the "Acknowledge" button on the final page. If I click this button, everything seems to work. If I don't, the ticket may not be cleared. I think it has more to do with the "Enqueued" process not completing because I leave the page too soon. Patience is a virtue. . . ;)

  3. For the last couple of days, computers have been reporting the definition updates for Windows Defender as important or critical. Previously, they were recommended, which would not trigger an alert. The previous rating worked much better since they come out multiple times a day and are almost always quickly, successfully and automatically installed by Windows. Is there anything that can be done to stop an alert every time Windows Defender has a definition update?

  4. The other day, I noticed the Outlook Sync tool under the Downloads menu and thought it would be great to be able to sync the calendar with Outlook. However, when I tried to install it, I received an error that it "cannot be installed due to a general Installer error 0x8007007E". I am running Outlook 2016 on a Windows 10 Pro system.

I was basically wondering if anyone else has been able to use this tool successfully?

    Thanks for your assistance!

  5. Yes with the result "Info: Successfully rebuilt performance counter setting from system backup store." Unfortunately, there is no change in the CPU usage reported.

  6. I am experiencing the same issue. Were you able to resolve it?

The CPU usage on computer 'X' in group X' is above 90% for the last 15 minutes.

    Top Processes:
    - WMI Provider Host (wmiprvse.exe): 0.42%
    - Pulseway Service (PCMonitorSrv.exe): 0.29%
    - Host Process for Windows Services (svchost.exe): 0.03%
    - Desktop Window Manager (dwm.exe): 0.02%
    - Host Process for Windows Services (svchost.exe): 0.01%
    - Host Process for Windows Services (svchost.exe): 0.01%
    - Host Process for Windows Services (svchost.exe): 0.01%
    - Local Security Authority Process (lsass.exe): 0.01%
    - 64-bit Synaptics Pointing Enhance Service (SynTPEnhService.exe): 0%
    - Adobe Acrobat Reader DC (AcroRd32.exe): 0%

  7. I don't think that is the issue especially since I receive the application installed notifications if they are short. Here is an example of a notification I just received that did not go into the PSA system:

8 new applications have been installed on computer removed in group removed Application Name: Lenovo Settings - Power Version: 2.00.000 Publisher: Lenovo Application Name: Lenovo System Interface Foundation Version: 1.0.069.02 Publisher: Lenovo Application Name: Microsoft Visual C++ 2013 Redistributable (x64) - 12.0.30501 Version: 12.0.30501.0 Publisher: Microsoft Corporation Application Name: Microsoft Visual C++ 2013 Redistributable (x86) - 12.0.30501 Version: 12.0.30501.0 Publisher: Microsoft Corporation Application Name: Microsoft Visual C++ 2013 x64 Additional Runtime - 12.0.21005 Version: 12.0.21005 Publisher: Microsoft Corporation Application Name: Microsoft Visual C++ 2013 x64 Minimum Runtime - 12.0.21005 Version: 12.0.21005 Publisher: Microsoft Corporation Application Name: Microsoft Visual C++ 2013 x86 Additional Runtime - 12.0.21005 Version: 12.0.21005 Publisher: Microsoft Corporation Application Name: Microsoft Visual C++ 2013 x86 Minimum Runtime - 12.0.21005 Version: 12.0.21005 Publisher: Microsoft Corporation

As you can see it is very long. In one case I received two notifications in Pulseway from the same computer at roughly the same time, one with five applications installed and one with only one. The one listing five applications did not show up in the ticketing system, but the shorter one did.

  8. I have just noticed that PSA tickets are not automatically created for certain notifications from Pulseway. After a brief examination, it appears it may have to do with the length of the notification. For example, I never receive "free memory" or "CPU usage" notifications, which are quite long. I also do not receive "new application" notifications if a large number of applications have been installed or uninstalled.

Fortunately, these tickets are somewhat infrequent, so manually checking and clearing these notifications in Pulseway is possible, but I thought you guys would want to know.

Thanks for all your great work!

  9. I just wanted to make sure I wasn't missing something. We mostly work through the Windows Application (on Windows 10 tablets), and the version we have installed does not have a "Scripts" option like the applications for other platforms. This is a great function, and I would really like to be able to use it from our Windows machines. Is there an update I am missing?

    Thanks!

  10. Here is the scenario: I am updating an application on a group of ten computers. On one computer, a user is using that application, so I can't update it.

Ideally, I would like to leave a notification so I know later that I wasn't able to install the update on this system. I could leave a note, but there is no indication within the app that there are any notes, so that is not particularly useful for this scenario. If there were a way to add a notification, similar to the "User Support Request" available for systems from within the app, that would make it very easy to see later which system still needed the update.

Thank you for your consideration. If anyone has other ideas for this situation, I would love to hear them!
