  1. To demonstrate what's happening with the notification for computer is started, I shut down the server (2019) with the status notifications shown in the last screenshot in my previous post, waited 20 minutes, then started the server. The screenshot shows the notifications that my iOS app shows. It correctly shows the notification for the computer shutting down, the computer is offline, and the computer back online, but no notification for the computer is started. What makes me nervous about all this is that I don't know what other notifications might not be working.
  2. A few weeks ago, one of my servers ran out of storage and Pulseway never sent me a notification. I found that the low storage notification is no longer working for any of my servers. Below are a few examples, as of today. The top 2 are Windows 2019 Server and the bottom one Windows 2016. In all 3 cases, my iOS app should have a notification for these low storage conditions, but there is nothing. In addition, the notification for when the computer is started is also not working. Once a month, I reboot all servers and Pulseway now only notifies when the computer is shutting down not when it started.
  3. The one that I said missed 12 important security updates, no longer shows that, so that's good. The only issue then is the updates that Pulseway shows as Optional while Windows Updates shows as Important. Is it a bug or is there a reason for the different categorization?
  4. One of the main reasons I subscribed to Pulseway is to make my life easier with Windows updates. However, this week, I noticed that Pulseway misses some important updates, and puts some updates that Windows Updates consider Important as Optional. This last patch Tuesday updates for example: On a Windows 2008 R2 Standard, my iOS app shows KB3065979 and KB3057154 as optional while Windows Update shows them as Important. On a Windows 2012 R2 Standard, my iOS app shows KB3061468, KB30221910 as optional while Windows Update shows as Important and completely missed 12 important security updates. On another Windows 2012 R2 Standard, it didn't miss the security updates.
  5. Using a Windows 7 Pro as a test, I check mark the box for login in the pulseway manager. Then if I use the Login command from my iPhone, after I enter the username and password: If the computer is currently logged off, the computer logs on, but nothing happens on the iOS app (except for the black message that the command was sent). If the computer is currently logged on, the screen on the computer locks and nothing happens on the iOS app. I'm puzzled about what this Login command is for. Is it to login to a computer for a user without giving him/her the password?
  6. Somehow it fixed itself because I emailed support, and I haven't had the issue again.
  7. No matter which device I try to remote desktop into, I get the message: The remote name could not be resolved: 'no address'. The dashboard is installed on a Windows 7 Pro machine. I tried to connect to Windows 2012 R2, Windows 2012, or Windows 7 Pro. 4 different remote locations and even in the same subnet. Get the same error every time. What am I missing?
  8. I meant to write 20 "pixels" wide not 20 "inches" wide. BTW, the iOS app is really great. The only thing that doesn't seem to work is the login to console. It just shows the ctrl+alt+del screen on the managed Windows computer and nothing happens on the iOS app. I can now see that I might not even need to use the web interface!
  9. I signed up for a free trial a couple of hours ago, and the iOS app seems great (but for a couple of bugs), but the Windows browser based interface is just awful . The scroll bar is exactly 6 pixels wide which is so thin that I can't hit it accurately. The normal browser scrollbar is 20 inches wide (IE and Google chrome), so you made it 70% thinner for no good reason. Making things worse, the space bar and the down/up arrows can't be used to scroll the window either. After playing with it for about 10 minutes, I just gave up. This is just poor interface design. It seems that you concentrate on mobile apps, but the Windows interface could really use some work. I use a 14" screen with 1920x1080 resolution if that matters.
