This is probably a stupid question. When I activate the SQL Server Module on my monitored server I don't see it as an option to monitor when I click on that server on my windows 8 phone. What am I missing?

I would assume that I should be backing up the SQL database files that PC Monitor is using. Would I run the backup through the SQL Server Management Studio? The PC Monitor software doesn't have a means to run an SQL backup....correct? Just run the normal SQL backups?

Hi all, After trying to get PC monitor to work with my SQL 2012 dev edition, it was a simple fix; Set the PC Monitor service to run as a user that has database permissions (I chose local server administrator) and choose "Use Windows Authentication". Otherwise just set a SQL user up with 'public' and 'sysadmin' server roles and put them in the authentication settings. Hope this helps someone! Thanks, Ollie EDIT: Also a small app dev thing; tabbing order is a bit strange on the SQL Server settings page!

We're starting the development of this new server module and we would like to hear your opinion about what should be included. Any suggestions are welcomed and we thank you in advance for all of them.
