Hello, would like to ask how safe because the connection of the PCMonitorSrv.exe. There is a permanent connection to an American host (IP: 68.65.39.32) address Your company MMSOFT design Ltd.hat but according to the website based in Ireland (Ground Floor 14 Herbert Street / Dublin 2 / Ireland). How can I be sure that my data from the server be read in maintenance mode and be spied. PC Monitor is a powerful tool that can read down to file level data. The transmission is not secured port üpber 443rd I look forward to your reply.

I'm very interested in anyone who has managed to get the PC Monitor Linux service to run on Oracle Solaris 11? Solaris is 100% Linux Binary Compatible, and I am in the process of hacking around to see if I can get it to run and report on a Solaris 11 host (even if it's just rudimentary health status like system up/down, filesystem / network / RAM / ports / NIC etc) - has anyone had a go at this? Thanks in advance!! Ben

Hi, I can't log into my account via the website or PC agent as the emails containing my two-factor authentication codes are taking several hours to arrive, meaning that the codes are no longer valid when they do. Looking at the email headers, they seem to be being delayed before they get to my email provider (Gmail). Is there any way that you could disable two factor authentication on my account so that I can log in? Thanks, Andrew

On all the devices it says that my servers are offline. Yet this is not the case. Also I didn't get a notification that they went offline so I'm guessing something went wrong on your end. The only thing I changed is that I bought a subscription. I hope I just forgot to check some box or something. Thanks in advance for any help you guys can give me.

Hello users. Yesterday I've installed PC Monitor for android to remote control my PC and It is great! The only thing I am concerned about is that I need to turn off my windows password in order to allow the app to log in into the system after I turn it on from a distance. Is there any way I could still have my windows password-protected and use PC Monitor? Like... It could type it automaticly when the windows is starting or something? For now, to access my computer, I have to shut down the password completely, so system can get to the desktop after just turning it on. But this way my system isn't protected from anyone that could turn it on manually from home.…

I had stated in an earlier question that there will be only two users, myself and an associate account. I set up all the monitored systems under my account with the associate account set up to receive all the notifications and alerts that I do. In other words we both see everything. This is working fine. But now I want to add a user and set it up so that this new user will only receive the notification when one thing happens, that being when a certain service is stopped or started. This would be a service that is running on all the systems that I have set up. I think if I add this new user as an associate won't he receive all the other notices also? This new user doesn't …

Hi all, I am having trouble getting MPM to work through AVG. I have added PM program(s) to accepted list of programs for firewall. I have also added these IP's : 69.39.237.16 and 69.65.39.32 but to no avail. (found on this post: http://forum.pulseway.com/topic/538-firewall-config/) The only time i can connect is if i disable AVG firewall or allow all connections through the firewall (which obviously isn't safe ) I have searched this forum and online (AVG's website) to see if anyone had, had issues with setting up MPM but i could not find anything. I was wondering if two things could happen. [1] Get a solution to my problem. maybe i need to a…

I am monitoring several computers and I was editing some notifications and also changed the group name and now when I try to access the computers from the dash board to edit computer settings it rejects my password. Even on local computer, after clicking on "click here to allow changes" it rejects my password. I am pretty sure I did not change it. What am I doing wrong? Thank you.

Hello to All members, I hope somebody could advise me if it is an issue of PC Monitor. At home I have a running server with several HDDs. It is setup to suspend/spin down the disks after 30 min of no activity. After installing PC monitor service my impression is that none of the disks get suspended. I run the WIndows 8 OS. The impression has been confirmed by the power consumption meter. Any idea what could be the issue and how to solve it. Cheers

Hi Guys, great product but I need to know if there is a way to run reports over a month time period for a single client machine, or group of machines? My clients would to see stats on their servers/PC's for the month. I would like to be able to track trends on performance over a 6 month and yearly period also. this will help with new sales opportunities when Servers run low of resources, I can show them trends which support my recommendations.

I understand that I can get a notification if a server goes down, but I have a specific situation that I want to present to see if this will work. I have a server on a network that occasionally has issues. The issue is caused by our Internet provider and what happens is the network can reach the Internet, but no traffic comes in. Will I get notified of an issue in this case? Does PC Monitor rely fully on the data being sent from the client? Or does it attempt to connect to or ping the client from the outside ever?

Hi Hopefully someone can help... new user so bare with me. I recently installed PC Monitor on my Windows 7 computer and Android mobile device. Awesome bit of software and I have only just scraped the surface of its full capabilities. I am able to turn the PC on using my mobile phone no problem, but once the PC boots up I am taken to the Windows User log in screen which requires a password before I can log into Windows. I can't see anyway to remotely enter the password in order for Windows to load. Am I totally missing something or is there no work around for this? Someone please help because I am completely stumped otherwise. Chris

I am running a simple home server using Filezilla on an old Toshiba Laptop. PC monitor works great but I have little issue. I can put it in a suspend state and I can also wake as well. Once woken I can connect to the server and such just fine. But after a min or two, the PC enters suspended state again. I have tried with the lid open, and closed and made sure pc does not require password on wake, and that closing the lid does nothing. Any ideas?

Hi, I have both devices IOS (iPad3 4G) and Android (Galaxy S4) When I try the Wake UP command on the phone (S4) it says Wake Up Failed. But if I try it straight away on the iPad it wakes up the PC instantly. Both are on 3G so there is no reason why 1 works and 1 doesn't that I can see. Both devices are authorized.
